Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 21-ին, ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում:
Ժամը 07:20-ի սահմաններում BMW մակնիշի 30 ՏՏ 058 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ, 28-ամյա Արսեն Թարխանյանը Խաչփար գյուղի 18 փողոցում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և բախվել թիվ 28 տան պատին: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդ Ա. Թարխանյանը ժողովրդի օգնությամբ դուրս է բերվել ավտոմեքենայից և բավականին ուշացումով դեպքի վայր ժամանած շտապօգնությունը վարորդին ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակով տեղափոխել է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի տեսուչներ Հարություն Թորոսյանն ու Նշան Հակոբյանը: Վթարի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ քննիչ Արկադի Օսիպյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում:
Քաղաքացիները ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասում էին, որ դեպքի վայր էր ժամանել նաև Մասիսի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը, ովքեր փակել են ավտոմեքենայի գազաբալոնը, սակայն անելիք չունենալով՝ վերադարձել են հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատ: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված բնակիչներն արդարացիորեն բարձրաձայնում էին, որ նշված հատվածը համարվում է մահաբեր, քանի որ բազմաթիվ վթարներ են տեղի ունեցել, որոնց մեծ մասը, ցավոք, ողբերգական: Ամիսներ առաջ նշված հատվածում տեղադրվեցին արագաչափեր, և վթարները, կարելի է ասել, կտրուկ նվազեց, ու չգիտես՝ ում մեղքով, արագաչափերի միջից նկարահանող սարքերը հանել են, ու հիմա վթարների պակաս չկա:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
