Լոռու մարզի բնակչի սպանության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ Կարեն Քոչարյանի սպանության մեղադրանքով 2008 թվականի հունվարի 5-ից հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող անձը հայտնաբերվել է և կալանավորվել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից :
2008 թվականի հունվարի 4-ին Վանաձորի թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Կ.Քոչարյանը` կրծքավանդակի շրջանում ծակած-կտրած վնասվածքով, որտեղ գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։ Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Կ.Քոչարյանը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքն ստացել էր Դ. Սաքանյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ: Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ անբարյացակամ հարաբերությունների պարզաբանման շուրջ Դ.Սաքանյանի և Կ. Քոչարյանի միջև 2008 թվականի հունվարի 3-ին՝ ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, «Ասոյի աղբյուր» կոչվող հատվածում առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում Կ.Քոչարյանի կրծք ավանդակի առաջային մակերեսին կտրող-ծակող առարկայով պատճառվել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք։
2008 թվականի հունվարի 5-ին որոշում էր կայացվել՝ Դ.Սաքանյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
2016 թվականի հունվարի 28-ին սպանության մեղադրանքով հետախուզվող Դ.Սաքանյանը հայտնաբերվել է ՌԴ ՆԳՆ միջպետական հետախուզման կազմակերպման բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հուլիսի 15-ին էտապավորվել Հայաստան։
Որոշում է կայացվել՝ քրեական գործով կասեցված վարույթը վերսկսելու մասին։ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին Դ. Սաքանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը։
Առաջադրված մեղադրանքում Դ.Սաքանյանն իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել և հրաժարվել ցուցմունք տալուց։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն նապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
