Խորը կաթսայի մեջ ենք լցնում շոկոլադը, շաքարավազը, ջուրը և կոնյակը: Տեղադրում ենք միջին կրակի վրա, գդալով ինտենսիվ խառնում ենք մինչև միատարր զանգվածի առաջացումը: Այստեղ կարևոր է շատ, որ շոկոլադը շատ չտաքանա, այլապես կառաջացնի գնդիկներ:
Վերցնում ենք 2 միանման տարաներ, մեկի մեջ լցնում ենք սառույցով ջուր, իսկ մյուսի մեջ՝ միատարր դարձած շոկոլադը: Շոկոլադով տարան դնում ենք սառույցով տարայի վրա և սկսում հարել շոկոլադը:
Սկզբնական 4-5րոպեում զգալի փոփոխություն չեք նկատի, սակայն հետո զանգվածը կսկսի պնդանալ: Այստեղ կարևոր է, որ չափից ավել պինդ մուսս չստանաք, այլապես շատ դժվար կլինի այն լցնել բաժակների մեջ:
