«Հայկական ժամանակ». Անկախ տուժող Արսեն Ավետիսյանի դիրքորոշումից, պետք է քրեական գործ հարուցվի Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի վրա

Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի ծավալուն առաջնորդողից մի հատված.
«Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Էյր Արմենիա» ընկերության 51 տոկոսի սեփականատեր և գործադիր տնօրեն Արսեն Ավետիսյանը նախորդ օրը իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներին իր տված ցուցմունքներում նշել է, որ ՀՖՖ նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի դեմ բողոք չունի։
Բայց մարդուն առևանգելու, ազատությունից ապօրինի կերպով զրկելու հողվածը ոչ թե մասնավոր, այլ հանրային մեղադրանքի գործ է, և այս դեպքում, անկախ տուժողի դիրքորոշումից, պետք է քրեական գործ հարուցվի։ Էլ չենք ասում տուժողը ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել, էլ չենք ասում՝ Ավետիսյանին բռնությունների են ենթարկել բոլորի աչքի առաջ, ինչը ծանր խուլիգանության տարրեր է պարունակում, և այստեղ տուժողը ոչ թե Ավետիսյանն է, այլ հանրությունը։ Այնպես որ նրա դիրքորոշումը չի կարող էական լինել քրեական գործ հարուցել-չհարուցելու հարցում։
Այսպես նախատեսում է օրենքը, բայց գործնականում հազար ու մի նրբություն կա։ Շատ բան կախված է նրանից, թե տեղի ունեցածը ինչպես կորակեն իրավապահները։
Եթե Սերժ Աարգսյանը հրահանգել է փակել գործը, իրավապահները Ավետիսյանների հետ համագործակցելով՝ տեղի ունեցածի սուր մասերը կկլորացնեն, Ավետհսյանի կնոջից էլ ցուցմունք կվերցնեն, որ իր հայտարարությունները կապված են իր հուզական վիճակի հետ, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը վնասվածքները կորակի այնպես, որ դրանք ծանր հոդվածների տակ չընկնեն, Ավետիսյանը կասի, որ իրեն չեն առևանգել, որովհետև եթե ուզենար այդ պահին հեռանալ, կհեռանար։ Եվ այլն և այսպես շարունակ։ Կարճ ասած, եթե երկու օր առաջ ապօրինության հեղինակ էր բացառապես Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանն ու նրա խմբավորումը, հիմա արդեն այդ ապօրինության նույնպիսի հեղինակ են դառնում նաև Ավետիսյանները ու իրավապահ մարմինները, և ամեն ինչ ընկնում է իր տեղը։ Որովհետև նախորդ շաբաթ նրանք բոլորը մի մեծ իշխանական հանցավոր խմբավորման անդամ էին, և հիմա ընդամենը վերահաստատում են իրենց այդ նույն կարգավիճակը»,–գրում է թերթը։
