Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի շրջանառությունը նվազել է 28 տոկոսով

2016 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 7,868 մլրդ դոլար: Այդ երկրի Մաքսային կոմիտեի տվյալների համաձայն` անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ այդ թիվը նվազել է 28,05 տոկոսով:

Նշվում է, որ այս տարվա առաջին կեսին, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի հետ համեմատ, 38,67 տոկոսով նվազել է Ադրբեջանից ապրանքների արտահանման ծավալը, իսկ ներմուծման ծավալը կրճատվել է 13,98 տոկոսով:

2016 թվականի առաջին կեսին Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի բացասական հաշվեկշիռը կազմել է 225 մլն 770 հազար դոլար:

ԱՊԱ լրատվական գործակալությունը, հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ին, հաղորդել է, որ Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի արտարժույթի պահուստը 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 4,2839 մլրդ դոլար, ինչը 4,2363 մլրդ դոլարով կամ 1,99 անգամ փոքր է անցյալ տարվա համապատասխան ժամանակաշրջանի նույն ցուցանիշից:

Նավթի եւ մանաթի էժանացման պատճառով Ադրբեջանում ստեղծված ծանր տնտեսական վիճակի հետ կապված «Ազադլըգ» թերթում հրապարակած հոդվածում տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւը գրել է, որ խնդիրներ են առաջացել նաև բյուջեի հավաքագրման և կատարողականի հետ: Մարտի հետ համեմատ, ապրիլին բյուջեի մուտքերը նվազել են 260 մլն մանաթով, մայիսին` 555 մլն մանաթով: Բյուջեի մուտքերի ամսական նվազման ծավալը երկու ամիսներին 21 տոկոսից հասել է 43 տոկոսի: Այսինքն` Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի եկամուտները մայիսին 43 տոկոսով նվազել են:

Փորձագետը եզրակացրել է, որ նման ընթացքով 17-18 մլն մանաթ մակարդակի հաստատված Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեում հնարավոր կլինի հավաքել առավելագույնը 13 մլրդ մանաթ:

«Առանց այն էլ 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում կրճատված ծախսերն ավելի կնվազեն: Բյուջե լրացուցիչ դրամական միջոցներ ներգրավելու որպես հեշտ ճանապարհ կարող է մանաթի հերթական արժեզրկման որոշում ընդունվել», -ասել է տնտեսագետը՝ հավելելով, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, շուտով մեկ մանաթը կարժենա նվազագույնը 2 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Ըստ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների` Ադրբեջանի նավթի պետական հիմնադրամի 2015 թվականի գործունեության մասին զեկույցում ասվում է, որ Հիմնադրամի եւ Կենտրոնական բանկի ռազմավարական արտարժույթի պահուստը 2015 թվականի ընթացքում 12 մլրդ 271,6 մլն դոլարով կամ 24,1 տոկոսով կրճատվել է, ինչը կապված է «ադրբեջանական մանաթի փոխարժեքի վրա ցածր նավթային գների բացասական ազդեցությունը կանխելու նպատակով բազմամիլիարդ ներխուժում կատարելու հետ»: Այսինքն` մանաթի փոխարժեքը պահելու վրա վերջին մեկ տարում Ադրբեջանը 12 մլրդ դոլար է ծախսել:

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Նավթի հիմնադրամի բաժինն այդ ինտերվենցիայում կազմել է պահուստի 87 տոկոսը կամ 33,57 մլրդ դոլար, մնացած 13 տոկոսը կամ 5,03 տոկոսը` բաժին է ընկել ԿԲ-ի արտարժույթի պահուստին:
