Թուրքիայում ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձին, միանաշակ, մասնակցել են բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց թուրքագետ Անուշ Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Թե ինչ էր ներկայացնում հեղաշրջումը, մենք կհասկանանք շատ ավելի ուշ, բայց նախնականով կարելի է ասել, որ սա իսկապես պատրաստվում էր բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների կողմից, ընդ որում փոքր խումբ չի եղել: Խոսվում է, թե գլխավոր շտաբի պետը ներգրավված չի եղել, բայց կարծում եմ, որ եղել է»,- ասաց թուրքագետը:
Անուշ Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ կարծում է՝ Էրդողանի նկատմամբ զինվորականների ճնշումը վաղուց էր հասունանում: Նա այդ դժգոհությունները կապում է մի քանի հանգամանքների հետ:
«Էրդողանի ժամանակ զինվորականությունը զրկվեց իր մենաշնորհային առաքելական դիրքից, որ ուներ Թուրքիայում: Նրանք դժգոհ են, որ մեկուսացնում են քաղաքականության վրա ազդելու՝ իրենց նախկինում եղած հնարավորություններից: Իրենց դուր չէր գալիս, որ բանակը օգտագործվում է քրդերին ճնշելու գործում, բայց որոշումներ կայացնելու հարցում իրավունքներ չունեն»,- ասաց Անուշ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ նշելով, որ ծրագրեր կային, որ Սիրիայում ռազմական օպերացիաներ սկսեն, որին բանակը կողմնակից չէր:
Ամենակարեւոր դրդապատճառը, թուրքագետի կարծիքով, այն է, որ Էրդողանը «կպավ բանակի ֆինանսական կարողություններին»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 15-ի լույս 16-ի գիշերը մի խումբ զինվորականներ Թուրքիայում հեղաշրջման փորձ արեցին, որը, սակայն, տապալվեց: Բախումների ընթացքում ավելի քան 260 մարդ է զոհվել:
