«Այս ամեն ինչը տանում է դեպի ողբերգություն»,-168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԱԾ պետի նախկին տեղակալ, քաղաքական գործիչ Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը՝ խոսելով Երևանում այսօր վաղ առավոտից տեղի ունեցող զինված իրադարձությունների մասին, որի ժամանակ զոհվել է մեկ ոստիկան, մի քանիսը վիրավորվել են:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարան» նախաձեռնության և «Սասնա Ծռեր» խմբավորման զինված անդամները գրավել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գունդը, պատանդ վերցրել ոստիկանության բարձրաստիճան և այլ աշխատակիցների: Գ. Եղիազարյանի խոսքով՝ իշխանությունը լրջագույնս պետք է մտածի՝ ուր է գնում, ինչ է անում: Ըստ նրա՝ սա ահազանգներից մեկն է, որ մենք նորմալ կյանքով չենք ապրում:
Մեր զրուցակիցը, սակայն, նշեց նաև, որ ոչ մի կերպ չի կարող արդարացնել ոստիկանի սպանությունը: Մեր այն հարցին, թե ժամանակին աշխատելով ԱԱԾ համակարգում, կարո՞ղ եք ասել, թե նման կարգի գործողությունը որքա՞ն ժամանակում են կազմակերպել, և հնարավո՞ր է, որ դա եղել է Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի ձերբակալությունից ավելի վաղ, մեր զրուցակիցը պատասխանեց, որ հենց այնպես, մեկ րոպեի ընթացքում չեն գնում և ոստիկանական օբյեկտ գրավում:
«Բնական է, որ սրա մասին մտածել են, բայց մյուս կողմից էլ, Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանը միշտ եղել է իրենց տեսադաշտում, այդքան բանը կատարվել է, պետք է լրջագույնս հետևություններ անեին: Դա ինչպե՞ս է լինում, չէ՞ որ առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ նման մարդիկ լինում են տեսադաշտում, հետագայում գործողություն են անում, բայց ինչպե՞ս է դա լինում, ես չեմ հասկանում: Նկատի ունեմ նոյեմբերին բացահայտված Նորք Մարաշի ահաբեկչությունը. իրենք հայտարարում են, որ ապրիլ ամսից եղել են իրենց տեսադաշտում: Բա, եթե եղել են իրենց տեսադաշտում, ինչպե՞ս այդքան զենք հավաքեցին: Եթե Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանը և իր շրջապատը եղել են իրենց տեսադաշտում, ինչո՞ւ այդ ամեն ինչը կատարվեց»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ հավելելով, որ ամեն ինչ առաջիկա օրերին պարզ կլինի:
Գ. Եղիազարյանը կարծում է՝ իշխանությունները պետք է այս ամենին դասական մոտեցում ցուցաբերեն, մասնագիտական մոտեցում ցուցաբերեն, դրա համար հատուկ ձևեր-միջոցներ կան:
Հարցին, թե ըստ Ձեզ՝ կարի՞ք կա, որ իշխանությունները կազմակերպեն Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի և իր թիմակիցների հանդիպումը՝ իրավիճակին լուծում տալու նպատակով, քանի որ նրա թիմակիցների պահանջներից մեկը դա է, Գ. Եղիազարյանն այսպես պատասխանեց. «Եթե ես լինեի որոշողը, ես կկազմակերպեի այս գործողությունը, պարտադիր պետք է ամեն ինչ անեն, որ նրանց առաջին խնդրանքը կատարեն: Իշխանություններրը պարտավոր են ժամանակ շահել, ամեն ինչ անել, որ նոր զոհեր չլինեն»:
