Արհեստական լույսերը կարող են վնասակար լինել մեր առողջության համար

Ըստ նոր ուսումնասիրության՝ արհեսատական լույսերը կարող են թուլացնել մեր մկանները, և ավելի փխրուն դարձնել մեր ոսկորները:

Հետազոտողները վեց ամիս մկներին պահել են անդադար արհեստական լույսի տակ: Վեց ամիս հետո հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ մկների մոտ մկանային կորուստ և օստեոպորոզի նախանշաններ են գրանցվել, իսկ նրանց իմունային համակարգը կարծես փորձում էր դիմադրել ինֆեկցիայի:

Գիտանականներն ասում են, որ այս ամենի գլխավոր պատճառն այն է, որ կենդանիների համար շատ կարևոր է գիշերվա և ցերեկվա հերթափոխը:

Նիդերլանդների Լեյդենի համալսարանի բժշկական կենտրոնի պրոֆեսոր Ջոանա Մեյերը, ով անց է կացրել այս ուսումնասիրությունը, ասում է.  «Ողջ աշխարհի տարբեր լաբորատորիաներում այս հետազոտություններն անց կացնելուց հետո մենք հասկացանք, որ բոլորի արդյունքներն էլ մի կետի են տանում: Մեր ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց տվեց, որ շրջակա միջավայրի բնական ռիթմի բացակայությունը բերում է մեր առողջության պարամետրերի խեղաթյուրման:»

Այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես ցույց տվեց հետազոտության հետագա ընթացքը՝ մկների առողջությունը վերականգնվում է, երբ նրանք սկսում են բնական լույսի մեջ ապրել:

«Բարեբախտաբար, մենք հետագայում պարզեցինք, որ առողջության վրա ունեցած այս բացասական ազդեցությունները վերանում են, երբ օրգանիզմը վերադառնում է բնական գիշեր-ցերեկ հերթափոխով ռեժիմին,» - ասում է պրոֆեսոր Մեյերը:

Հետազոտողները պնդում են, որ պետք է մեծ կարևորություն տալ բնական լույսին, հատկապես տարեց և փխրուն առողջություն ունեցող մարդկանց դեպքում:

Աշխարհի բնակչության մոտ 75%-ը գիշերային ժամերին արհեստական լույսի տակ է լինում: Այս խնդիրը կարող է շատ ավելի լուրջ լինել գիշերային հերթափոխով աշխատողների մոտ:
