Tert.am-ը գրում է.
Քանի որ Հայաստանը Թուրքիայի հետ չունի դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ, ուստի հնարավոր խնդիրների դեպքում Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը որևէ հյուպատոսական աջակցություն Թուրքիայի տարածքում չի կարող տրամադրել ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը:
«Մենք միշտ ասել ենք, որ որևիցե հյուպատոսական աջակցություն Թուրքիայի կազմում չենք կարող տրամադրել մեր քաղաքացիներին դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների բացակայության պատճառով»,- ասաց նա և նշեց, որ երբևէ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն չի խրախուսել ՀՀ քաղաքացիների այցերը Թուրքիա:
Նշենք, որ այս գիշեր մի խումբ զինվորականներ ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ են իրականացրել Թուրքիայում: Անկարայի և Ստամբուլի փողոցներում ռազմական տեխնիկա է հայտնվել, լսվել են կրակոցներ և պայթյուններ: Նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ հեղաշրջման փորձը տապալվել է: Թուրքիայում ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձի ժամանակ զոհվել է 60 մարդ, տուժել է ավելի քան 150–ը, 754 մարդ ձարբակալվել է:
Տիգրան Բալայանը նշեց, թե այս պահին որևէ տեղեկատվություն չկա, թե արդյոք տուժածների և սպանվածների մեջ կան հայեր:
