«Դուք համարում եք, որ ճիշտ Է նման հարց տալը մի մարդու, ով քառասունից ավելի տարի դասավանդում է դպրոցներում և բուհերում, ով հեղինակել է տասնյակից ավելի դասագիրք, մանկավարժական գիտությունների թեկնածու է, դոցենտ, կրթական հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար և պետական ու միջազգային պարգևների արժանացած մանկավարժ, որը նշանակվել Է նախարարի խորհրդական հասարակական հիմունքներով, այսինքն՝ առանց տարրական աշխատավարձի, սակայն վերցնելով աշխատանքի ու պատասխանատվության ահռելի բեռ»,- «Առավոտի» հարցին ՝ մամուլում շրջանառվեց Ձեր նշանակման հարցը, այն կապվեց Ձեր բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա բարեկամների հետ, ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք դա, այսպես պատասխանեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի խորհրդական Նաիրա Հայրապետյանը ՝ հավելելով. «Ի դեպ, նախարարի կողմից իրականացվող նոր բարեփոխումների զգալի մասը վերաբերելու է կրթական համակարգում ուռճացված ապարատի կրճատմանն ու պետական միջոցների տնտեսմանը, ինչի մասին հայտարարել էր նաև վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը, և ես ողջունում եմ այդ ռեֆորմն ու սեփական օրինակով դրսևորում եմ այն»։ Տիկին Հայրապետյանը վերջերս է նշանակվել նախարարի խորհրդական։

Մեր զրուցակիցը մի կարևոր հանգամանք ևս շեշտադրում է.   «Կրթական համակարգում կան գումարներ, դրանք շրջանառվում են և օրինական, և ապօրինի դաշտերում բայց  երկու  դեպքերում էլ  կան պետական համակարգից կամ   համակարգված   դաշտից   դուրս շրջանառություններ։   Բարեփոխամների   փաթեթով   վերանայվելու   են լուծման ուղղությամբ  են  գնալու  նաև  այդ խնդիրները։  

Հարցին ՝ տեսակետ կա, որ Լևոն Մկրտչյանն անցումային նախարար է, կհաջողվի՝ նրան արմատական քայլեր իրականացնել մեր զրուցակիցն այսպես արձագանքեց. «Նախարար Մկրտչյանի նպատակադրվածությունն այդ ամենն իրականացնելու չափազանց մեծ է, և վստահ եմ, նա կհիշվի կրթության համակարգի պատմության մեջ որպես այդ ռեֆորմների իրականացնող»»,–գրում է թերթը։
