Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.

«Հաճախ եմ տարբեր միջավայրերում լսում՝ «էս մարդը ոնց որ իմ հաշվին շնչի»։ Դա, իհարկե, փոխաբերություն է, որն արտահայտում է տվյալ անձնավորության հանդեպ խիստ բացասական վերաբերմունքը։ Բայց եկեք խորանանք այդ արտահայտության ուղիղ իմաստի մեջ. ստացվում է եթե այդ մարդն ավելի քիչ շնչի կամ ընդհանրապես չշնչի, դրանից ես շահելու եմ, ավելի շատ եմ շնչելու։ Դա ընդհանուր հոգեբանական առանձնահատկության է, որը հատուկ է մարդկության առնվազն կեսին (ազգային առանձնահատկություններն այստեղ կապ չունեն) եթե ինչ որ մեկը ինչ-որ բան ունի, ապա նա ունի դա՝ ինձ ինչ-որ բանից զրկելով, «իմ հաշվին»։ Եվ հակառակը՝ եթե այդ մեկը ինչ-որ մի բանից զրկվի, ապա դա կհասնի  ինձ։

Ոչ նյութական աշխարհում դա, իհարկե, խիստ անտրամաբանական է։ Ենթադրենք, որևէ հայաստանցի ազատ խոսում է անգլերեն՝ շատ գովելի և այսօր խիստ անհրաժեշտ ունակություն է։ Եթե ես ազատ չեմ խոսում, արդյո՞ք դա նշանակում է, որ անգլերենին տիրապետողը այդ ունակությունը ձեռք է բերել «իմ հաշվին»։ Եվ եթե այդ մարդու հետ, Աստված մի արասցե, որևէ բան պատահի, և նա մոռանա լեզուն, արդյո՞ք նրա լեզվի իմացությունը մեխանիկորեն կտեղափոխվի իմ գլխի մեջ։ Ոչ, եթե ես անգլերեն իմանալը կարևոր եմ համարում, ապա ինքս ինքնուրույն պիտի այդ լեզուն սովորեմ, ոչ թե նախանձեմ  նրանց,   ովքեր  դա արել  են։

Հաջողությունը, գիտելիքը, հմտությունը «քսակ» չեն, որը դրված է մի պահարանում և սպասում է տիրոջը՝ դրանք հնարավոր չէ իրար ձեռքից խլել, հնարավոր է միայն կամավոր փոխանցել, և այդ փոխանակումից այդ արժեքները չեն պակասում, հակառակը՝ բազմապատկվում են»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
