Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մինասյանը կարծում է` ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների մերձեցումն ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հայտարարությունն անպայմանորեն պետք չէ կապել իրար: «Երեք օր առաջ Ալիևը նորից կրկնեց այն թեզը, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կարգավորումը պետք է լինի բացարձակապես փուլային տարբերակով, ոչ թե փաթեթային ու ԼՂ կարգավորման միակ տարբերակը Ադրբեջանի տարաÕ �քային ամբողջականության պահպանումն է, ԼՂՀ ներառումը, իրենց ասած, բարձր կարգավիճակով Ադրբեջանի տարածքում: Ըստ էության ժամանակն անցնում է, բայց Ադրբեջանի մոտ ոչ մի բան չի փոխվում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց պատգամավորը:

Գագիկ Մինասյանը նկատեց, որ 90-ականների վերջից մի քանի առաջարկություններ են եղել, որոնց մի մասի շուրջ բանակցություններ են ընթացել, բանակցված փաստաթղթերից ոչ մեկը համաձայնեցված փաստաթուղթ չի դառել, բայց Մադրիդից հետո միայն փաթեթային լուծման մասին է խոսվում ու դրա առանցքային խնդիրը Արցախի ժողովրդի կողմից ինքնորոշման իրացումն է: «Ալիևի հայտարարությունը որոշ վերլուծաբանների կողմից մեկնաբանվեց, որ Լավորվի առաջարկությունների հիման վրա է արվում` կարծելով, թե ԼՂ կարգավորման հարցը եղել է ռուս-թուրքական մերձեցման կետերից մեկը: Այն մոեցումը, որ դրսևորում է Ադրբեջանն Ալիևի շուրթերով, նորություն չէ, ու պետք չէ անպայմանորեն կապել վերջին զարգացումների հետ: Ամեն դեպքում` մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք ցանկացած զարգացումների: Մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք պաշտպանելու մեր պետական ու ազգային շահերը` անկախ նրանից, թե որ պետությունն ինչ ներքին խնդիրներ ունի լուծելու»,-հավելեց բանախոսը:

Գագիկ Մինասյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի կողմից արվող կարգավորմանն ուղղված առաջարկը կլինի հետագա քայլը դեպի խնդրի արդարացի լուծումը: «Սա այն հարցն է, որտեղից կարելի է հասկանալ, թե արդյոք ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների ջերմացումն իր մեջ ներառել է Ղարաբաղյան խնդրի կարգավորման էլեմենտը, թե ոչ: Եթե ներառել է, ապա առաջարկությունների մեջ սպասելի են Կազանյան փաստաթղթից տհաճ տարբերակներ, իսկ եթե ոչ` պետք է ակնկալենք դրական, ավելի կառուցողական, 5 հայտարարությունների ոգով, առաջ գնացող առաջարկներ»,-հայտնեց ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը:

Բանախոսի կողմից նշված տհաճ տարբերակ լինելու դեպքում Հայաստանը համարժեք քայլեր կձեռնարկի, որպեսզի բանակցային գործընթացը գնա այն հունով, որով ընթացել է վերջին 20 տարում: «Հայկական կողմը հետամուտ է տարիների ընթացքում քայլ առ քայլ, միջազգային կարծիքին համահունչ ղարաբաղյան հարցի արդարացի լուծմանը: Դա չի կարող լինել համարժեք փոխզիջումային դաշտից դուրս և չի կարող վտանգել ԼՂ անկախությունն ու նրա ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը»,-եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
