ԴԱՀԿ-ն ամփոփել է 2016 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի գործունեության արդյունքները

Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունում հուլիսի 14-ին տեղի է ունեցել 2016թ. առաջին կիսամյակի գործունեության արդյունքներն ամփոփող խորհրդակցություն, որը վարել է ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արմեն Հարությունյանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ապահովող Ծառայության Միջազգային հարաբերությունների և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ըստ օրակարգի` ԴԱՀԿ ապահովող ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի և մարզային բաժինների պետերը հանդես են եկել զեկույցներով, ներկայացվել է կատարողական վարույթներով գումարների բռնագանձման, կարճված և ավարտված կատարողական վարույթների վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն:
2016թ․ առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում հարուցվել է 366.008 կատարողական վարույթ, իսկ բռնագանձումների ծավալը կազմել է 11.183.271.654 ՀՀ դրամ: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի օգտին բռնագանձվել է 2.510.157.928 ՀՀ դրամ, իրավաբանական անձանց օգտին՝ 6.739.173.040 ՀՀ դրամ, ֆիզիկական անձանց օգտին՝ 1.078.916.387 ՀՀ դրամ: Ոչ գույքային բնույթի կատարողական վարույթներով վերականգնվել է 551.893.178 ՀՀ դրամ, հայցի ապահովումներով վերականգնվել է 303.131.121 ՀՀ դրամ:
Հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում հարուցվել և ընթացք է տրվել 18.341 ոչ գույքային բնույթի կատարողական վարույթի, իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ ավարտվել և կարճվել են 589.992 կատարողական վարույթներ:
Ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ Արմեն Հարությունյանը համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ է տվել բարձրացված հարցերի և ներկայացված խնդիրների լուծման առնչությամբ:
Խորհրդակցությանը նախորդել է առաջին անգամ հարկադիր կատարողի պաշտոնում նշանակված անձանց երդման արարողություն։ Շնորհավորելով Ծառայության շարքերը համալրած աշխատակիցներին՝ Արմեն Հարությունյանը մաղթել է հաստատակամություն ու նվիրվածություն, ծառայողական պարտականությունների անվերապահորեն կատարում՝ տրված երդմանը համապատասխան։
Շնորհավորելով Ծառայության շարքերը համալրած աշխատակիցներին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը մաղթել է ուժ ու կորով, եռանդ ու ոգևորություն, որ վստահաբար և անշեղ կատարեն ծառայողական պարտականությունները իրենց տված երդմանը համապատասխան։ Խորհրդակցությունից հետո տեղի է ունեցել առաջին անգամ հարկադիր կատարողի պաշտոնում նշանակված անձանց երդման արարողություն։ Շնորհավորելով Ծառայության շարքերը համալրած աշխատակիցներին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը մաղթել է ուժ ու կորով, եռանդ ու ոգևորու թյուն, որ վստահաբար և անշեղ կատարեն ծառայողական պարտականությունները իրենց տված երդմանը համապատասխան։
