ԲՀԿ-ին դավաճանեց, որ փրկի ունեցվածքը, բայց կարծես չի ստացվում. Արագած Ախոյանը կարող է սնանկանալ

«Ժողովուրդ»-ը բազմիցս է անդրա դարձել պատգամավորներին պատկանող ընկերությունների դեմ ներկայաց- ված դատական հայցերին եւ, առհասարակ, նրանց դատարանի միջոցով սնանկ ճանաչելու գործընթացին: Գրել էինք, որ 2015թ ապրիլի 8-ին Կո տայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սպարտակ Մելիքյանին սնանկ է ճանաչել, իսկ, ահա, հունիսին էլ Կոտայքի մարզի դատարանը մեկ այլ քաղաքացու բողոքի հիման վրա պատգամավորին պատկանող 13 անուն գույքի վրա արգելանք է դրել:
Ֆինանսական լուրջ խնդիրների եւ դատական հայցերի մեջ են հայտնվել նաեւ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանին պատկանող ընկերությունները, եւ չի բացառվում, որ հաշվի առնելով մի շարք դատական հայցերը՝ պատգամավորը եւս սնանկ ճանաչվի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նա ԲՀԿ-ին դավաճանեց, որպեսզի փրկի ունեցվածքը, բայց կարծես թե չի ստացվում: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզեց, որ «Սպիտակ Կամար» ՍՊԸ-ն, որի հիմնադիրը ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանն է, լուրջ ֆինանսական խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնել:
Տեղեկացանք, որ 2015թ հուլի- սի 31-ին «Էկոմիքս» ՍՊԸ-ն դիմել է Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան եւ պահանջում է, որ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանին պատկանող ընկերությունից բռնագանձվի 2 միլիոն դրամ:
«Կարին» ՍՊՆ-ն էլ իր հերթին է 2015 դիմել Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ Արագած Ախոյանին պատկանող ընկերությունից պահանջելով 2 միլիոն դրամ:
Իսկ, ահա, «Տուֆաբլոկների գործարան» ԲԲԸ-ն ոչ միայն դիմել է Արաբկիր դատարան՝ պահանջելով ընկերությունից բռնագանձել 2 միլիոն դրամ, այլեւ միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ պատգամավորին պատկանող ընկերության գույքի եւ դրամական միջոցների վրա արգելանք դրվի, ինչն այս գործով դատավոր Սամվել Թադեւոսյանը բավարարել է:
Այսինքն՝ պատգամավորին պատկանող ընկերությունն այս օրերին գտնվում է արգելանքի տակ: Նկատենք, որ Արագած Ախոյանին պատկանող միայն այս ընկերությունը չէ, որ դատական քաշքշուկների մեջ է հայտնվել: 2015 օգոստոսի 2-ին գրել էինք, որ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը դիմել է Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան` պահանջելով, որ դատարանի միջոցով «Խաչարամ կոնսերվատորիա» ՍՊԸ-ից բռնագանձվի 950 հազար 400 դրամ: Իսկ, ահա, ըստ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ «Խաչարամ կոնսերվատորիա» ՍՊԸ-ի համահիմնադիրը ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանն է: Այս գործերով դատական նիստերը դեռեւս շարունակվում են, հուսանք, որ պատգամավորը դատարանի միջոցով կկատարի իր պարտավորությունները, իսկ եթե ոչ, ապա պատգամավորին սնանկ կճանաչեն, եւ գործի կանցնի ԴԱՀԿ-ն»:
