«Ղարաբաղում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների շուրջ որևէ որոշում այս պահին չկա. բոլորն սպասում են «ինքը վեր կյա, տեսնենք հինչա ասում»։ Խոսքը Սերժ Սարգսյանի մասին է, որը հուլիսի 16-ին կլինի Ղարաբաղում՝ քննարկելու նաև այդ հարցը։ Բանն այն է, որ ցանկացած քաղաքական որոշում՝ թե Հայաստանում, թե Ղարաբաղում «դրսի» համար «գին» ունի, վերջիններս բացահայտ հասկացնում են, եթե ցանկանում եք «այդպես», ապա պետք է անեք մեր ուզած-ասածները։ Ընդ որում, եթե Ղարաբաղում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններում կիրառվի անցումային դրույթը, այն է՝ մինչև 2020թ. շարունակում է նախագահական կառավարումը, որից հետո էլ ուժեղ նախագահ՝ առանց վարչապետի մոդելը, ապա. «Մենք նմանվիլու ենք Ադրբեջանին, թե հինչ կիլի, պտի սպասենք տեսնենք՝ հինչ են որոշում 16-ին»»,–գրում է թերթը։
