Չինաստանը հայտարարել է Հարավչինական ծովի վիճելի տարածքներում օդային պաշտպանության գոտի ստեղծելու մտադրության մասին

Չինաստանը հայտարարել է Հարավչինական ծովի վիճելի տարածքներում օդային պաշտպանության գոտի ստեղծելու իր իրավունքի մասին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով BBC-ն, նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Լիու Ձենմինը:

Այս հայտարարությունը հետևել է հուլիսի 12-ին Հաագայի միջազգային արբիտրաժային դատարանի մշտական պալատի որոշմանը տվյալ հարցի առնչությամբ:

Դատարանն անհիմն էր համարել Չինաստանի կողմից Նանշա-Սպրատլի արշիպելագը իր «բացառիկ տնտեսական գոտի» հռչակելու քայլը:

Համապատասխան հայցը դեռևս 2013թ-ին դատարան էին ներկայացրել Ֆիլիպինները: Հայցի հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկն էլ արշիպելագի բնույթի որոշումը, այն է` թե արդյոք վերջիններս կղզիներ են, թե ուղղակի «ժայռեր», քանի որ, եթե վերջիններս ժայռեր են, ապա դրանք չեն կարող համարվել «բացառիկ տնտեսական գոտի», որը կներառեր նաև դրանք շրջապատող 200 ծովային մղոն տարածքը: Ֆիլիպինները պնդում էին նաև, որ Չինաստանի կողմից իրականացվող հողալցման աշխատանքները չեն կարող փոխել նշված տարածքների բնույթը:

Դատարանն իր որոշման մեջ շեշտել էր, որ դրանք «ժայռեր» են, ուստի բացառիկ տնտեսական կարևորության մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող: 

Չինաստանը դատարանի որոշումը համարել էր «քաղաքական ֆարս»: Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վան Ին ընդգծել էր, որ իր երկիրն այդ տարածքների տիրապետման համար ունի ինչպես պատմական, այնպես էլ իրավական բոլոր հիմքերը:
