ՀՀ վարչապետն այցելել է Արթիկ և Օհանավան համայնքներ

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Շիրակի և Արագածոտնի մարզեր:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը եղել է Արթիկում, որտեղ վարչապետին են ներկայացրել հեղեղի պատճառած վնասների հետևանքների վերացման ուղղությամբ նրա նախորդ այցից հետո կատարված աշխատանքները: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այցելել է հեղեղից տուժած բնակիչների բնակարաններ, զրուցել արթիկցիների հետ, լսել նրանց մտահոգություններն ու պատասխանել քաղաքացիների հարցերին: Արթիկցիները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել վարչապետ Աբրահամյանին՝ իրենց քաղաքում հեղեղի հետևանքների վերացմանը հետամուտ լինելու, ցուցաբերված օժանդակության համար և նշել, որ հեղեղի պատճառած վնասների վրացման աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են հնարավորինս կարճ ժամկետում: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից` հավելելով. «Նշենք, որ ստեղծված հանձնաժողովի ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում անհրաժեշտ գումարներ են հատկացվել հրատապ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրների վերացման համար, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքացիների կրած վնասների փոխհատուցման, ինչպես նաև բնակելի տներին հարակից հեղեղատարի վնասված հատվածների վերանորոգման համար:

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ հեղեղի վնասների վերականգնման գործընթացն ընթանում է հաջողությամբ և զգալի աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ հանձնաժողովի ներկայացրած գնահատականների հիման վրա տուժած արթիկցիներին ցուցաբերված օգնությունն, ըստ հիմնավորումների, կառավարությունը ևս մեկ անգամ կվերանայի: Նա նշել է, որ կառավարությունն արդեն իսկ հատկացրել է 41 մլն դրամ, միջոցներ են տրամադրվել նաև քաղաքապետարանի և որոշ գերատեսչությունների կողմից՝ տեխնիկայի ներգրավման և վերականգողական աշխատանքների իրականացման նպատակով:  Անդրադառնալով հեղեղատարի վրա կառուցված ապօրինի շինության մասին հարցին՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այն խոչընդոտել է ջրի հոսքին. շինության  հարցը կքննարկվի և կկայացվի համապատասխան որոշում: 

Այնուհետև վարչապետն այցելել է կարկտահարությունից տուժած Արագածոտնի մարզի Օհանավան համայնքի այգիներ, ծանոթացել տեղացած կարկուտի պատճառած վնասներին, զրուցել գյուղացիների հետ, լսել նրանց մտահոգություններն ու խնդիրները: Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին՝ սեղմ ժամկետներում ավարտել կարկտահարության վնասների ուսումնասիրությունը, որից հետո կառավարությունը կքննարկի տուժած գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու հնարավորություններն ու տարբերակները:
