Սեյրան Օհանյանը Լիտվայի արտգործնախարարի հետ քննարկել է ԼՂ հիմնահարցը

 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, ով  պաշտոնական այցով գտնվում է Լիտվայում, հուլիսի 12-ին հանդիպել է Լիտվայի Ազգային պաշտպանության նախարար Յուոզաս Օլեկասին։ Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են պաշտպանության ոլորտում երկու երկրների համագործակցության հեռանկարները, Հայաստան-ՆԱՏՕ Անհատական գործընկերության գործողությունների ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվող հիմնական ծրագրերը։ Կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև ՀՀ-ԵՄ միջև ընթացող բանակցությունների ներկա փուլին՝ մատնանշելով Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում ընձեռվող համագործակցային հնարավորությունները։

Երկուստեք կարևորվել է հայ-լիտվական երկկողմ ռազմական համագործակցության ոլորտում փորձի փոխանակման անհրաժեշտությունը, որի շրջանակներում ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները կշարունակեն վերապատրաստվել Լիտվայի ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություններում։ Որպես համագործակցության լավ հեռանկարներ ունեցող ոլորտներ են մատնանշվել կիբեռանվտանգությունը և խաղաղապահությունը

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի հարակից տարածաշրջաններում անվտանգության հետ կապված խնդիրների, այդ թվում նաև  արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ։ Նախարար Օհանյանը ներկայացրել է ապրիլի սկզբին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Նախարար Օլեկասն իր հերթին մտահոգություն է հայտնել ապրիլին իրավիճակի աննախադեպ սրման կապակցությամբ` ցավակցելով զոհված զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց վերաբերյալ և նշել, որ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորումն այլընտրանք չունի։< /p>

Նույն օրը ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հանդիպել է Լիտվայի Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Լինաս Լինկյավիչյուսին։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի միջև երկկողմ համագործակցության հեռանկարները։ Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են նաև ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման շուրջ ընթացող բանակցություններին։

Լիտվայի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահների ձևաչափով հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարար Լինկյավիչյուսը նաև մեծապես կարևորել է նաև ՀՀ-ԵՄ միջև ընթացող բանակցությունների հաջող ընթացքը։
