Քննչական կոմիտեն պարզում է երիտասարդ աղջկա ինքնասպանության պատճառները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջան իքննչակա նբաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու 21-ամյա Ջուլիետտա Կարապետյանի ինքնասպանության պատճառները։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Հաշվի առնելով երիտասարդ աղջկա ինքնասպանության հասարակական մեծ հնչեղությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ քրեական գործով մշակվել են աշխատանքային մի շարք վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ, քննության առարկա են դարձվել նաև հնարավոր շարժառիթների վերաբերյալ մամուլի հրապարակումները։
Հարգելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 31-րդ և 34-րդ հոդվածներով երաշխավորված՝ համապատասխանաբար յուրաքանչյուր անձի մասնավոր և ընտանեկան կյանքի, պատվի ու բարի համբավի անձեռնմխելիության, իրեն վերաբերող տվյալների պաշտպանության իրավունքը՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ձեռնպահ է մնում մշակված վարկածների մասին մանրամասն տեղեկություններ հրապարակելուց: Սակայն, միաժամանակ, կարևորելով հասարակական պահանջը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ քննությամբ ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ երիտասարդ աղջիկն ինքնասպանությունից առաջ նամակ է գրել իր ծանոթներից մեկին՝ տեղեկացնելով իր մտադրության ու պատճառների մասին։ Քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, նրանց թվում՝ երիտասարդը, վերջինիս մայրը, տուժած աղջկա հարազատները, դասախոսներ։ Առգրավվել է նրա բջջային հեռախոսը, միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների վերծանումներն ստանալու վերաբերյալ։ Քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել հետմահու դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին:
Կոչ ենք անում լրատվամիջոցներին՝ հարգել անձի մասնավոր կյանքի, պատվի ու բարի համբավի անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքը և զերծ մնալ երիտասարդ աղջկա մասնավոր կյանքին վերաբերող տեղեկություններ հրապարակելուց՝ առանց նրա ծնողների համաձայնության»,- ասվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի հայտարարության մեջ:
