«Պայթած» մազանոթները ժամանակակից կնոջ ամենատարածված առողջական խնդիրներից մեկն է, որը կարող է մի քանի բարդությունների պատճառ դառնալ:

  • 40մլ ձիակասկի մզվածք (экстракт конского каштана)
  • 40մլ շագանակի թուրմ (настойка каштана)
  • 10 կաթիլ հազրեվարդի (розмарин) եթերային յուղ

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Նախ՝ պետք է թուրմ պատրաստել (ձիակասկի մզվածք կարող եք ձեռք բերել դեղատներից):

  1. Մաքրած շագանակները լցրեք ապակե տարայի մեջ և վրան ջուր լցրեք այնքան, որ ծածկի:
  2. Կափարիչը պինդ ծածկեք և և թողեք մնա արևին 3 օր:
  3. Ապա, դրեք մութ վայրում և թողեք մնա ևս 40 օր:
  4. Երբ թուրմը պատրաստ լինի, խառնեք ձիակասկի մզվածքով և հազրեվարդի եթերային յուղով:
  5. Տարան լավ թափահարեք, և բալզամը պատրաստ է:

Կարևոր է հիշել, որ անոթների պատերն ամրացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մեծ քանակությամբ կենդանական սպիտակուց և վիտամին C օգտագործել: Միաժամանակ աշխատեք խուսափել այն կերակուրներից, որոնք պարունակում են մեծ քանակությամբ շաքար և տրանս-ճարպեր, քանի որ դրանք կարող են հանգեցնել մազանոթների պատերի թուլացման:
