Ինչո՞ւ են միլիոնավոր դրամներ ծախսել հակակարկտային կայանների համար, եթե գյուղացուն օգուտ չէին տալու.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Արարատյան դաշտավայրում եւ Արագածոտնի նախալեռներում նախօրեին տեղացած հուժկու կարկուտը մի քանի տասնյակ գյուղերի պտղի եւ բանջարեղենի բերքը հիմնովին ոչնչացրել է: Միայն Արմավիրի մարզում տուժել է 47 գյուղ, Արագածոտնի մարզի տուժած գյուղերի վերջնական թիվը դեռ չի հրապարակվել, սակայն նախնական հաշվարկներով՝ 20-ից ավել համայնք էլ այս մարզում է տուժել:
Նշենք, որ սա այս տարվա ընթացքում արձանագրված արդեն երրորդ դեպքն է, երբ կարկուտի պատճառով գյուղացիներն իրենց բերքը կորցնում են: Մայիսի 18-ի կարկուտից հետո, որի արդյունքում Արմավիրի մարզի՝ մոտ երկու տասնյակ գյուղեր էին տուժել, պաշտոնապես հայտարարվեց, թե իբր հակակարկտային կայանները չեն գործել: Այժմ էլ ասում են՝ կայանները գործել են, բայց կարկուտն այնքան հզոր է եղել, որ դրանք անզոր են եղել որեւէ բան փոխել: «Հակակարկտային կայաններն աշխատել են, բայց արդյունավետությունը 0 տոկոս է եղել: Քանի որ ամպը հզոր է եղել, աղետալի, դրա համար էլ վնասներ է հասցրել»,- «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության եւ բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Արթուր Այվազյանը: Այսպիսով՝ պետք է արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանի պետական կառավարման համակարգը լրջագույն խնդիրներ ունի, որոնք սովորական պայմաններում նկատելի չեն:
