Իրականում, «շունը մարդու բարեկամն է» արտահայտությունն ավելի խորը իմաստ ունի, քան մենք ենք կարծում: Բացի անսահման սիրուց և հավատարմությունից, շան տերերը շատ այլ դրական բաներ կարող են ստանալ իրենց բրդոտ բարեկամներից: Պարզվում է՝ շները կարող են դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ ձեր առողջության վրա: Տարիների գիտական ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ մեր չորքոտանի ընկերները մեր առողջությունը պահպանելու և երկարակյաց լինելու ամենալավ միջոցներից մեկը կարող են լինել: Եթե դուք դեռ չեք հավատում, ապա ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում մի քանի փաստ շների մասին, որ ապացուցվել են բազմաթիվ ուսումնասիրությունների շնորհիվ:

1. Շունը կարող է բարելավել ձեր իմունային համակարգը

Շները սիրում են վազվզել և ամեն ինչ ուսումնասիրել, ինչն էլ նշանակում է, որ շները հաճախ են կեղտոտվում: Շան տերը, բնականաբար, տեղյակ է դրա մասին, հետևաբար, դեմ չէ ինքն էլ մի փոքր կեղտոտվել: Ժամանակի ընթացքում շան տերը ձեռք է բերում բնական իմունիտետ իր շան բերած կեղտի և մանրէների նկատմամբ:

Բացի դրական տրամադրություն հաղորդելուց՝ ձեր շնիկը կարող է օգնել ձեր սրտի լավ աշխատանքին: Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ արյան բարձր ճնշում ունեցող շուն պահող մարդիկ կարողացել են ավելի հեշտությամբ իջեցնել իրենց արյան ճնշումը սթրեսի ժամանակ, քան նրանք, ովքեր շուն չունեին:


4. Շունը կարող է կանխել ասթման և ալերգիաները

Շվեդական մի ուսումնասիրություն բացահայտել է, որ եթե մարդ իր կյանքի առաջին երկու տարիներին ապրում է շան հետ, ապա 77%-ով ավելի քիչ հավանական է, որ նրա մոտ կզարգանան ալերգիաները, ինչպես նաև պարզվում է, որ շուն ունեցող երեխաները 13%-ով ավելի քիչ կտառապեն ասթմայով:


5. Շունը «ցավազրկող է»

Վարժեցված շները հրաշալի ազդեցություն են ունենում ֆիբրոմիալգիա (մկանակմախքային ցավեր) ունեցող հիվանդների վրա, ովքեր սուր ցավեր են ունենում հետվիրահատական շրջանում: Շան հետ 10-15 րոպե անցկացնելուց հետո ավելի քիչ հավանական է, որ հիվանդները ցավազրկող դեղահաբ կօգտագործեն: Հիմա, երբ արդեն գիտեք, թե ինչպես կարող են շներն օգնել ձեզ առողջ մնալ, կարող եք սկսել մտածել այդ հրաշք կենդանին ձեռք բերելու մասին:
