Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում քննարկվեց մարզի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագիրը կազմելու նոր ռազմավարությունը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի պատասխանատուների կողմից քննարկվեցին  Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սոցիալ-տնտեսական  զարգացման 2016-2019 թվականների ծրագրի նախագծի հիման վրա  2017-2020 թվականների լրամշակված  տարբերակի կազմման առաձնահատկությունները եւ մոտեցումները: «Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ քննարկումը վարում էին  ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ալբերտ Աղեկյանը:

Հանդիպման  ընթացքում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի զարգացման  ծրագրի ոլորտային աշխատանքային խմբերի անդամները   նոր կազմվող ծրագրի վերաբերյալ  արտահայտեցին իրենց  կարծիքներն ու մտահոգությունները, հանդես եկան տարբեր առաջարկություններով եւ նկատառումներով: ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները,  խորհրդատվական նպատակով,   առանձին հանդիպում ունեցան Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի ոլորտային աշխատանքային խմբերի ղեկավարների հետ:      «Մարզի զարգացման ծրագրի կազմման ընթացքում  ո լորտային աշխատանքային խմբերը  պետք է համագործակցված աշխատեն տվյալ ոլորտի շահագրգիռ  բոլոր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ,   համատեղ քննարկումների արդյունքում  ճիշտ սահմանեն  տվյալ  ոլորտի  բոլոր  այն առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք նաեւ   համահունչ կլինեն նոր մշակված ռազմավարությանը:  Նոր ծրագիրը պետք է արտացոլի մարզի ներուժը եւ հնարավորությունները:   Այդ իսկ պատճառով, անկախ նոր կազմվող փաստաթղթի ծավալից, այն պետք է   լինի խիստ իրագործելի մարզում եւ արդյունավետ՝ յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտի զարգացմ ան համար, միաժամանակ՝ մարզի բնակչության  ընդհանուր կարծիք արտահայտող փաստաթուղթ, որի իրականացման արդյունքում մարզում հնարավոր լինի ապահովել աշխատանք, արդյունք  եւ եկամուտե,-իր խոսքում նշեց ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը:
