ԼՂՀ խորհրդարանում քննարկվել է կառավարության օպերատիվ շտաբի գործունեության հաշվետվությունը

 Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նիստերի փոքր դահլիճում հուլիսի 8-ին խորհրդարանի ղեկավար Աշոտ Ղուլյանի նախաձեռնությամբ, տեղի է ունեցել ԼՂՀ կառավարության օպերատիվ շտաբի գործունեության հաշվետվության ներկայացումը:

Ազգային ժողովում հաշվետվությունը ներկայացրել է օպերատիվ շտաբի ղեկավար, վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ստացված ոչ դրամական արժեքները գույքագրվել են կառավարության պահեստներում, պարենային ապրանքները համակարգվել են գյուղհիմնադրամի կառույցների, իսկ իրային օգնությունը՝ ներդրումային հիմնադրամի միջոցով:

Հաշվետվության համաձայն 100- ից ավել նոր մեքենա է տրամադրվել պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, փրկարար ծառայությանը, շտապօգնության կայաններին և պետական կառավարման համակարգերին՝ հիմնականում շրջանային:

Դրամական փոխանցումները կազմել են 4 մլրդ 562 մլն 175 հազար դրամ: Հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ՝ ստացված գումարի շուրջ 50 տոկոսը ծախսվել է, որից հատկացումներ են կատարվել ինժեներական աշխատանքների իրականացման և զորակոչված քաղաքացիների դրամական փոխհատուցման համար:

Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ հաշվետվությունը կներկայացվի նաև հասարակական-քաղաքական շահագրգիռ շրջանակներին և լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին:

Հանդիպման ընթացում, այս ուղղություններով համապատասխան հաշվետվություններով հանդես են եկել նաև կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Լևոն Գրիգորյանը և քաղաքաշինության նախարար Կարեն Շահրամանյանը:

Այնուհետև տեղի է ունեցել մտքերի փոխանակություն, որի ընթացքում  խորհրդարանականներն օպերատիվ շտաբի ղեկավարին են ներկայացրել համապատասխան առաջարկներ և առաջադրել հարցեր՝ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակները կարգավորող ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերի, տարհանված բնակչության կարիքների հանդեպ ուշադրության և այլ թեմաներով:

Օպերատիվ շտաբի առավել մանրամասն հաշվետվությունն օրերս կներկայացվի կառավարության մամլո ծառայության կողմից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի առաջին օրերին, ԼՂՀ դեմ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային արձագանքելու նպատակով, ստեղծվել է կառավարությանն առընթեր օպերատիվ շտաբ, որը համակարգել է այդ օրերին աշխարհի տարբեր կողմերից Արցախ առաքվող դրամական, նյութական և այլ կարգի օգնությունները:
