Աֆղանստանի երկու քաղաքացի փորձել է հատել հայ-թուրքական սահմանը. նրանք ձերբակալված են

ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ուժերի սահմանապահ վարչության աշխատակիցները ձերբակալել են Աֆղանստանի երկու քաղաքացիների, որոնք ապօրինի հատել են հայ-թուքական սահմանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի ԱԴՈՒ սահմանապահ վարչության լրատվական ծառայությունից, սահմանամերձ հատվածում աշխատող տեղի բնակիչներից հուլիսի 6-ին տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից անծանոթ անձը դուրս է եկել սահմանային Արաքս գետի ափ: Մի քանի րոպե անց Արտաշատի սահմանապահ ջոկատի խումբը կազմակերպել է գաղտնի հետապնդում: Օգտագործելով հանգամանքը, որ Արաքսը սակավաջուր է` սահմանախախտը անցել է ջրի մեջով և փորձել թաքնվել թփերի մեջ: Հենց այդ պահին սահմանապահները ձերբակալել են նրան: Մի քանի րոպե անց նկատվել է երկրորդ սահմանախախտը, որը ևս ձերբակալվել է սահմանը հատելուց հետո:

Ձերբակալվածների նախնական հարցաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ նրանք Աֆղանստանի քաղաքացիներ են և մտադրություն են ունեցել Հայաստանի տարածքով անցնել Եվրամիության երկրներ: Սահմանախախտների մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ուսի պայուսակ, որում տեղավորված են եղել անձնական իրեր և երկու «Նոկիա» հեռախոս: Ձերբակալվածները հանձնվել են ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը, որը ստուգում է իրավախախտության նրանց վարկածը:  

ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ուժերի սահմանապահ վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Անատոլի Միխեեվը որոշում է կայացրել խրախուսել տեղի բնակիչներին` արժեքավոր նվերներով: Սահմանին իրավապահների և տեղի բնակիչների համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանային անվտանգության հիմնաքարերից է:
