ՌԴ կապի և զանգվածային հաղորդակցման փոխնախարարի կանխատեսմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանը 2019 թվականին նույնպես կանցնի թվային հեռարձակման

Ռուսաստանը այս տարի կավարտի թվային հեռարձակման կապի ստեղծման աշխարհում ամենախոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային նախագիծը: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՌԴ կապի և զանգվածային հաղորդակցման փոխնախարար Ալեքսեյ Վ ոլինը՝ հավելելով, որ Ռուսաստանում կառուցվելու են թվային հեռարձակման 5017 կայաններ ամեն մեկը երկու հաղորդիչով:
«Նախագծի հետ կապված բոլոր աշխատանքերը կավարտվեն 2018 թվականին, եւ հավանական է, որ արդեն 2019 թվականին Ռուսաստանը նույնպես անալոգայինից աստիճանաբար անցում կկատարի թվային հեռարձակման: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս հարցում մեր մոտեցումը մի փոքր տարբերվում է մեր հայ գործընկերների մոտեցումից: Եթե Հայաստանը որոշել է անջատել անալոգային հեռարձակումը ընդամենը մեկ օրում, մենք որոշել ենք գնալ այլ ճանապարհով: Մենք նախեւառաջ անջատելու ենք այն հաղորդիչները, որոնք բեռնված են Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարության պատվերով: Այնուամենայնիվ, մենք դեմ չենք լինի, եթե թվային հեռարձակման անցման դեպքում որոշ հեռուստատեսություններ ցանկության եւ հնարավորությունների առկայության դեպքում մնան անալոգային համակարգում»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այժմ հեռուստատեսությունների ամենամեծ խնդիրը, թերեւս, այն կլինի, եթե նրանք իրենց ապագան կապեն հեռուսատեսային ազդակների հաղորդման միայն մեկ միջոցի հետ:
«Այսօր, պետք է ունենալ հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցները՝ եւ՛ կաբելային, եւ՛ արբանյակային, եւ բջջային հավելվածներում, համացանցում: Կարծում եմ՝ թվային հեռուսատեսությունը երկար կյանք չունի, քանի որ կա կաբելային, համացանցային հեռուստատեսություն, ինչի կողքին այն կնահանջի: Մի գործընթաց, որը, թերեւս, տեսնում ենք նաեւ Հայաստանում, որտեղ ընդունիչ սարքերի պահանջարկը ավելի շատ Երեւանից դուրս է, քանի որ մայրաքաղաքում կա կաբելային հեռարձակում, նույնը նկատվում է արբանյակային հեռարձակման դեպքում»,- ընդգծեց Ալեքսեյ Վոլինը:
