Այս ձևով կարելի է 1 շաբաթվա ընթացքում բուժել պզուկները: Լավ մաշկ ունենալու համար պետք է քիչ շաքար օգտագործել, քանի որ այն կարող է քիմիական ռեակցիայի մեջ մտնել մաշկի որոշ էլեմենտների հետ ու առաջացնել անհարթություններ: Այս դեպքում մաշկն արագ կնճռոտում է: Մաշկին կոպիտ վնաս է հասցնում ծխելը: Ծխախոտի յուրաքանչյուր գլանակ պարունակում է մինչեւ 4000 տեսակի թունավոր նյութեր, որոնց մեծ մասն արյան հետ ընկնում են էպիդերմիսի խորը շերտերը:
Եվ փաստորեն ծխելու ազդեցությունը մաշկի վրա այնքան տեսանելի է, որ արտաքինից կարող ես որոշել՝ տվյալ անձնավորությունը ծխո՞ւմ է, թե՞ ոչ: Ծխողների մաշկի գույնը փոխվում է, աչքերի շուրջ առաջանում են կնճիռներ: Այս դեպքում միակ ճիշտ որոշումը ծխելը թողնելն է:
Ալկոհոլը եւս ազդում է մաշկի վրա: Ալկոհոլն ինքը թույն է, բացի այդ, այն լայնացնում է անոթները: Ալկոհոլի անընդհատ օգտագործման հետեւանքով լայնանում են անոթներն ու սկսում քրոնիկական բնույթ կրել, այսինքն՝ փոքր անոթներից բացի, սկսում են լայնանալ նաեւ մեծ անոթները, ինչն էլ նպաստում է մաշկի քրոնիկական կարմրելուն: Գոնե շաբաթվա մեջ 3-4 օր պետք է ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել ալկոհոլի գործածությունից: Մաշկի վրա կործանարար ազդեցություն է ունենում ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթների ազդեցությունը: Աշխատեք արևի տակ քիչ գտնվել:
