«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը երկրում առկա քրեական իրավիճակը կարգավորել, ավարտել է, հիմա էլ պատերազմ է հայտարարել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի «զոն նայողներին»:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ին հասած տեղեկություններով՝ նախօրեին պատիժների եւ հարկադրանքի այլ միջոցների կիրառման օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետ Գրիգորի Պողոսյանի հրահանգով «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի «զոն նայողներից» մեկին տեղափոխել են պատժախուց:
Այս փաստը ՔԿՀ-ում լուրջ աղմուկի պատճառ է դարձել, ու չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում հերթական բախումը հասունանա ՔԿՀ-ում:
Բացի այդ՝ «Ժողովուրդը» տեղեկացավ, որ վերջին օրերին քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ղեկավարությունը հարմարավետ պայմաններ է ստեղծել կալանավորվածներից մեկի համար: Խոսքը հունիսի 4-ին ԵՊՀ դասախոս Փառանձեմ Մեյթիխանյանի ամուսնուն՝ 58-ամյա Եղիշե Խաչատրյանին ծեծելով սպանելու գործով կալանավորվածներից մեկի մասին է, որին արտոնյալ «գահից» իջեցրել են:
Թե ինչով կավարտվի դատախազության այս հանդգնությունը, դեռ դժվար է ասել, բայց որ իրավապահ համակարգում արդարության լուրջ ճգնաժամ կա, դա փաստ է: Ու Գեւորգ կոստանյանն իրականում այս մասին պետք է մտահոգվի»:
