Կիրանցի գյուղապետը հրաժարական է տվել ու փոշմանել

Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանց համայնքի ղեկավար Հմայակ Նազարյանը դեռեւս մայիսի 18-ին այլ աշխատանքի անցնելու հիմնավորմամբ հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել: Վերջինս հրաժարական է տվել եւ փոշմանել, բայց ուշ է. հարցը մտել է կառավարության օրակարգ: Եվ վաղը կայանալիք կառավարության հերթական նիստին կքննարկվի նաեւ Կիրանցում նոր արտահերթ ընտրություններ նշանակելու հարցը:
Մենք փորձեցինք Հմայակ Նազարյանից պարզել հրաժարական տալու դրդապատճառները: Նա ասաց, որ իրեն իր մասնագիտությամբ՝ անասնաբույժի աշխատանք էին առաջարկել, սակայն ինչ-ինչ հանգամանքներից ելնելով՝ ինքը հրաժարվել է այդ աշխատանքից: Նշում է, որ փոշմանել է հատկապես այն բանից հետո, երբ համագյուղացիները, ի զարմանս իրեն, պահանջել են, որ կրկին գյուղապետ դառնա: Վերջինս մտածում է, թե իր հրաժարականը միգուցե դեռ չհաստատվի կառավարության կողմից, իսկ եթե հաստատվի, չի բացառում, որ հաջորդ ընտրություններին իր թեկնածությունը կրկին կառաջադրի: «Հատկապես, որ դա իմ համագյուղացիների պահանջն է»,- հավելեց նա:
Հմայակ Նազարյանը Կիրանցի գյուղապետն է դեռեւս 1996թ., այնուհետեւ վերընտրվել է 5 անգամ՝ 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008 եւ 2012 թվականներին: Գյուղապետի աշխատանքին զուգահեռ՝ տարածաշրջանի գյուղերում հասարակական կարգով կատարել է նաեւ անասնաբուժական աշխատանքներ:
Նշենք, որ վերջինիս հրաժարական ներկայացնելու կապակցությամբ նույն օրը համայնքի ավագանին կազմել էր արձանագրություն, եւ Տավուշի մարզպետի միջոցով այն ներկայացվել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարություն: Կիրանց համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրության ժամկետ սահմանվել է սեպտեմբերի 18-ը՝ նկատի ունենալով նաեւ այն հանգամանքը, որ Տավուշի մարզի ՏԻՄ-երի հերթական ընտրությունները եւս անցկացվելու են այդ նույն օրը:
