«Հուլիսի 3-ին Հայաստանում Վարդավառի օրն էր: Բարեբախտաբար զոհեր և վիրավորներ չկան: Բայց եթե այսպես շարունակվի, Վարդավառն ի վերջո ողբերգությամբ է ավարտվելու:
Այսպիսի բան 20-30 տարի առաջ չկար: Վարդավառի օրը երեխաները իրար էին ջրում իրենց փողոցներում, ուրախանում էին, իրար հետևից ընկնում, անցնում-գնում էր:
Ինչպե՞ս է ստացվել, որ Վարդավառը գեղեցիկ տոնից տրանսֆորմացվել է խուլիգանության հասնող երևույթի, դժվար է պատկերացնել:
Դեռ մի կողմ թողնենք, որ այդ օրը հատուկ ջրող ջոկատներ են ստեղծվում, որոնք ամենուրեքն բոլորին ջրում են: Անխտիր բոլորին: Տարեց կնոջ վրա մի քանի հոգով հարձակվում են, կինը խնդրում է, թե բալա ջան, մի արեք, կարևոր տեղ եմ գնում, ոչ մի ազդեցություն չի թողնում, 4-5 դույլ ջուրը լցնում են նրա վրա, մինչև վերջին թելը ջուր սարքում:
Բայց շատ ավելի վտանգավոր իրավիճակ է, երբ ցելոֆանե տոպրակների մեջ ջուր են լցնում ու դրանցով հարվածում տրանսպորտային միջոցներին:
Երեկ ականատես եղանք նման մի դեպքի: Տիգրան Մեծի փողոցում ավտոլվացման կետի մոտ մի խումբ 20-25 տարեկան երիտասարդներ ցելոֆանե տոպրակներով հարվածեցին 14 համարի երթուղային մեքենային: Այդ մեքենան քիչ էր մնում հարվածեր մեկ այլ մեքենայի:
Այդ պահին վթարային վիճակ ստեղծվեց: Վարորդը զայրացած դուրս եկավ, ամոթանք տվեց, 10-15 երիտասարդ կալմեջ արեց նրան, բանը հասնում էր ծեծկռտուքի»,-գրում է թերթը:
