ՀՀ կառավարության եւ ընդդիմության միջեւ հաջորդ համապետական ընտրությունների շուրջ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունը Եվրամիության կողմից ընկալվել է որպես պատմական նշանակություն ունեցող պայմանավորվածություն:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրու յցում ասաց Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին:
«Եվրամիությունը մեծապես սատարել է այդ ընտրությունները ներառական գործընթացով կազմակերպելու ջանքերին, քանի որ այն օրինակ է, թե ինչպես հանուն երկրի ապագայի կարելի է հաղթահարել շատ խորը քաղաքական տարակարծություններ: Իհարկե, այս համաձայնությունը չի լուծում բոլոր հնարավոր խնդիրները: Գիտենք, որ տարբեր հարցերում կան տարակարծություններ իշխող կոալիցիայի, ընդդիմության եւ քաղաքացիական հասարակության միջեւ, սակայն ես լավատեսորեն կարծում եմ, որ այդ համաձայնության իրականացումը դրական փոփոխություն կապահովի երկրի համար»,-նշեց ԵՄ դեսպանը:
Հույս հայտնելով, որ համաձայնության ֆինանսական կողմին նույնպես կտրվի կառուցողական լուծում, Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին նշեց, որ Եվրամիությունը պատրաստ է զգալի օժանդակություն առաջարկել այդ համաձայնության իրականացմանը:
Հունիսի 30-ին ԱԺ արտահերթ նստաշրջանում երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ եւ ամբողջությամբ քվեարկության դրվեց կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված «Ընտրական օրենսգրքում լրացումներ ու փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը: Այն ընդունվեց 104 կողմ, դեմ 5 եւ 2 ձեռնպահ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ: ԸՕ-ի շուրջ բանակցությունները սկսվել էին 4+4+4 ձեւաչափով, որում ընդգրկված քաղաքական ուժերը փաստաթուղթ էին ստորագրել:
