ԱՌԱՋԻՆ 10 րոպեի ընթացքում ձեր օրգանիզմի վրա «հարձակվում» է 10 թեյի գդալ շաքարավազ, որը հավասար է, օրվա ընթացքում խորհուրդ տվող նորմային քանակին:
20 ՐՈՊԵ հետո ձեր արյան մեջ սկսում է շաքարի կտրուկ բարձրացում, որը հանգեցնում է ինսուլինի պակասի, որի ընթացքում ձեր լյարդը սկսում է մեծ քանակութամբ շաքարավազը վերածել յուղի, իսկ շաքարավազը այդ ժամանակ շատ շատ է:
40 ՐՈՊԵ հետո օրգանիզմը ավարտում է ներծծել ըմպելիքի մեջ պարունակող կոֆեինը, որին ի պատասխան բարձրանում է արյան ճնշումը, լյարդը սկսում է հետ մղել շաքարավազը արյունատար անոթներ, որի արդյունքում էլ ավելի է շատանում շաքարավազի քանակությունը:
ՄՈՏ ՄԵԿ ԺԱՄ անց հյութի մեջ պարունակվող ֆոսֆորաթթուն աղիքների ստորին հատվածում իրար է միացնում կալցիումը, մագնեզիումը և ցինկը՝ ապահովելով դրանց՝ օրգանիզմից շուտ դուրս գալը: Այն բացատրվում է նրանով, որ շաքարավազը և արհեստական քաղցրահամ նյութերը նույնպես նպաստում են մեզում կալցիումի կորուստին: Գրեթե միաժամանակ գործում են կոֆեինի ունեցած միզամուղային հատկությունները: Դա հանգեցնում է նրան, որ դուք օրգանիզմից դուրս եք բերում կալցիումը, մագնեզիումը և ցինկը, այսինքն այն նյութերը, որոնք աղերի և ջրի հետ միասին կազմում են մեր ոսկրային համակարգի հիմքը:
