ԵՄ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին հնարավոր է համարում Հայաստանին տրամադրվող աջակցության ընդլայնումը

Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին հնարավորություններ է տեսնում ԵՄ կողմից Հայաստանի զարգացմանն ուղղված աջակցության ընդլայնման համար: «Եվրամիության համար տարին ռեկորդային էր, քանի որ նախորդ տարիների համեմատ՝ այս տարի ԵՄ-ն կրկնակի ծախսեր է կատարում, այն է՝ մոտ 90 մլն եվրո: Աջակցության զարգացման ապագան ներկայումս քննարկվում է՝ նպատակ ունենալով ձւավորել միասնական օժանդակության լավ համակարգ: Այն բարդ գործընթաց է, որում ընդգրկված են ԵՄ տարբեր կառույցներ, անդամ պետություններ, նաեւ հայաստանյան կառույցներ: Մենք լուրջ երկխոսություն ենք սկսել Հայաստանի կառավարության, ինչպես նաեւ շահագրգիռ անձանց հետ: Մեզ պարզապես պետք է տեսնել լայն մասնակցություն նաեւ հայկական կողմից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԵՄ դեսպանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ԵՄ կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրվող աջակցության ընդլայնումը կախված է մի շարք հանգամանքներից:«Ընդլայնման գործընթացը մեծապես կախված է նրանից, թե մինչ օրս որքան արդյունավետ է եղել մեր օժանդակությունը եւ թե ինչքան արագ կլինի Հայաստանի առաջընթացը եվրոպական ստանդարտների ուղղությամբ: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մեր օժանդակության մեծ մասը պայմանավորված է կոնկրետ չափանիշների կատարմամբ»,- ասաց Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրական նշաններ է նկատել կառավարության վերջին շրջանի գործունեության մեջ:
Նա հավելեց, որ այնուամենայնիվ զարգացմանն ուղղված ցանկացած աջակցություն տվյալ երկրի իրավիճակը փոխող միակ լծակը չէ: «Մենք ամեն տարի միջինը 50 մլն եվրո ենք հատկացնում Հայաստանին: Այն կարող է օժանդակել որոշ բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը, լուծել որոշ խնդիրներ, որոնք չեն ֆինանսավորվում այլ աղբյուրներից, սակայն այն չի կարող լիակատար փոփոխություններ իրականացնել: Ես գիտեմ, որ հայերը գնահատում են այս աջակցությունը եւ ուրախ կլինեն վերջինիս շարունակականության համար»,- եզրափակեց Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին:
