Գեղեցկությունը, ինչպես ասում են,զոհեր է պահանջում: Մենք հաճախ ծախսում ենք ժամանակ, գումար, ջանքեր, որպեսզի լինենք երիտասարդ, տպավորիչ և անմոռանալի: Վիզաժիստները, սակայն, հաստատում են, որ այն միջոցները, որոնք կանայք օգտագործում են գեղեցիկ լինելու համար, հենց դրանք են «կործանարար» ազդեցություն թողնում մեզ վրա:
1. Կոսմետիկա: Գիշերը շպարը թողնելով դեմքին՝ իրականում չենք թողնում, որպեսզի մաշկը շնչի, իսկ առավոտյան արթնանում ենք կարմրած աչքերով և թափված թարթիչներով: Հրաժարվեք այն կրեմներից, որոնք ալերգիկ երևույթներ են առաջացնում: Ըստ մաշկաբանների՝ հենց շրթներկն է նպաստում հերպեսի և սնկային հիվանդությունների առաջացմանը,առավելևս, եթե օգտվում եք ուրիշի շրթներկից: Ուստի, չի կարելի ուրիշի կոսմետիկական միջոցներն օգտագործել: Տնային դիմակները շատ ավելի վստահելի են, քան պատրաստի արհեստական և անծանոթ բաղադրիչներով կոսմետիկական միջոցները:
2. Մազերի ներկ: Ցավոք, նույնիսկ ամենաթանկ մազի ներկը վնասում է մազերը՝ անկախն րանից, թե ի՞նչ յուղեր և նյութեր է դա պարունակում: Ցանկացած գունաթափումը, երանգափոխումը սթրես է մեր մազերի համար: Եվ միայն մեկ ամիս է պահանջվում մեր մազերից, որպեսզի դրանք նորից առողջանան և ամրանան: Այդ իսկ պատճառով գունափոխումը պետք է տարին մեկ անգամ արվի, իսկ ահա մազերը պետք է հաճախակի կտրել, որպեսզի դրանք լինեն առողջ և շուտ երկարեն:
3. Ատամների արհեստական սպիտակեցում: Սպիտակ ատամները գրավչության, գեղեցիկ ժպիտի կարևոր պայմաններից են: Բնական պայմաններում, սակայն, ատամները շատ ճերմակ չեն կարող լինել, և մարդիկ դրա համար դիմում են ատամների արհեստական սպիտակեցմանը: Քիմիական սպիտակեցումը հեռացնում է ատամների պաշտպանվածությունը, և դրանք սովորականից 10 անգամ ավելի շուտ են վնասվում: Նույնիսկ սպիտակեցնող ատամի մածուկների օգտագործման կուրսը չպետք է գերազանցի 2 շաբաթը:
4.Միմիկա: Աերոբիկայի հիմնադիր Ջեյն Ֆոնդը հաստատում է, որ հենց միմիկան է մեզ ծերացնում և ավելացնում կնճիռները: Փորձեք սահմանափակել Ձեր միմիկան, եթե չեք շտապում դիմել բոտեքսին:
5. Մաշկի վատ սովորություններ: Մեր մաշկը չի կարող միշտ իդեալական վիճակում լինել, բայց պետք չէ նման պայմաններում ագրեսիվ կերպով ձեռքերով հեռացնել բշտիկները: Մաշկը վնասվում է և հեռացված բշտիկների տեղերը մնում են մաշկի վրա: Իսկ նման դեպքերում ոչ մի հրաշագործ կոսմետոլոգ չի կարող օգնել: Ավելի լավ է բնական միջոցներով կանխել բշտիկների առաջացումը, քան ավելի մեծ խնդիրների առջև կանգնել:
