Ռուսաստանն իր դեմ ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների կիրառումը համարում է անուղղակի աջակցություն ահաբեկիչներին

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը որակել է երկրի դեմ պատժամիջոցների կիրառումը որպես ահաբեկիչներին անուղղակի աջակցության դրսեւորման քայլ: Այս մասին վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, ասել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը` շեշտելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանն օգնում է Սիրիայի ն պայքարել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ:
Փոխարտգործնախարարի խոսքով` այսպես ԱՄՆ-ն ցանկանում է հասնել ներքին քաղաքական ինչ-ինչ կասկածելի նպատակների:
Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ պետական դեպարտամենտը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի, Չինաստանի, Բելառուսի եւ այլ երկրների 38 ընկերություններ ներառված են պատժամիջոցների ցուցակում: Այս ցուցակը կազմվել էր Իրանում, Սիրիայում եւ Հյուսիսային Կորեայում զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքի չտարածման մասին օրենքի հիման վրա:
Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները սկսել են կիրառվել դեռեւս 2014 թվականից` սկզբնական շրջանում կրելով անհատական բնույթ` ուղղված կոնկրետ քաղաքական գործիչների դեմ, իսկ այնուհետեւ ընդգրկելով Ռուսաստանի ամբողջական տնտեսական ոլորտը:
