Սոդա
Մատները թրջել ջրով, ապա մտցնել սոդայի մեջ և քսել թևատակերին: Շփել մաշկը և թողնել, որ չորանա: Թղթի միջոցով հեռացնել սոդայի ավելցուկը:
Սև թեյ
Սև թեյը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ տանին, որը բաղկացած է թթվից. այն գործում է որպես բնական հակաքրտինքային միջոց: Այն մեծ ազդեցություն է ունենում գեղձերի վրա և նվազեցնում է քրտնարտադրությունը: Կես բաժակ եռացրած ջրով պատրաստել թեյ և պարբերաբար մաքրել թևատակերը:
Խնձորի քացախ
Մաքուր կտորի վրա լցնել խնձորի քացախ և սրբել թևատակերը: Օրը մեկ անգամ այս մեթոդը կիրառելը բավական է քրտնարտադրությունը նվազեցնելու համար: Խնձորի քացախը սպանում է բակտերիան և հանդես գալիս որպես բնական դեզոդորանտ:
Կիտրոն
Կիտրոնաթթուն ևս սպանում է բակտերիաները: Սակայն կիտրոնով մաշկը մաքրելուց հետո պետք է խուսափել արևի տակ գտնվելուց: Կիտրոնը կիսել երկու մասի, ամեն մի կեսով մաքրել երկու թևատակերը, պահել 15-20 րոպե և լվացվել սառը ջրով:
