Երկու եղբայրների դանակահարություն Աջափնյակում. կրտսեր եղբայրը մահացել է, կասկածյալը՝ ձերբակալվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչականբաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Երևանում հունիսի 30-ին երկու անձի նկատմամբ տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձիառթիվ:
2016 թվականի հունիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 23:10-ին, «Արմենիա» ՀԲԿ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտբուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել 2000 թվականին ծնված Հ. Ասիրյանը, 1988թ. ծնված Ա. Ասիրյանը և 1990թ. ծնվածՌ.Սահակյանը: Հուլիսի 1-ին՝ ժամը 00:15-ի սահմաններում, Հ.Ասիրյանը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է: Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչականբաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով,ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան և ձեռնար կվել անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ասիրյան եղբայրները մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են Ռ.Սահակյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-իսահմաններում, Երևանի Հույսի ավան թաղամասում Ռ.Սահակյանը, ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, մոտեցել է Սահակ Ասիրյանին, և անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել Ասիրյան ավագ եղբայրներ ի և Ռ.Սահակյանի միջև։ Վերջինիս ձեռքին տեսնելով դանակ՝ նրանց է միացել նաև կրտսեր Ասիրյանը և փորձել օգնել եղբայրներին, որի ժամանակ էլ Ասիրյան եղբայրներից երկուսը դանակահարվել են, վնասվածքներ է ստացել նաև Ռ.Սահակյանը։
Տուժած 2 եղբայրներին երրորդ եղբայրը ընկերոջ ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել է բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ կրտսեր Ասիրյանը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։ Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են նմուշներ։
Հայտնաբերվել է նաև սվին-դանակ, որով, ըստ վկաների ցուցմունքների, մարմնական վնասվածքներ են պատճառվելԱսիրյան եղբայրներին։ Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ: Ռ. Սահակյանը ձերբակալվել է։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով' դատարանի'օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
