Մարդու կյանքը կազմված է որոշակի փուլերից, եւ յուրաքանչյուր շրջանում մենք կարեւոր որոշումներ ենք ընդունում, որոնք կարող են ինչպես նպաստել մեր երջանկությանը, այնպես էլ կործանել այն։ Այս հոդվածը կօգնի ձեզ հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում ձեր անձնական կյանքում եւ որ քայլերը կարող են խորտակել ձեր կյանքը։

1.Կյանքի սխալ ուղեկից ընտրելը

Ինչու՞ ենք հարաբերություններում շտապում։ Ինչու՞ ենք մեկին հանդիպելով մտածում, որ հենց նա է մեր կյանքի ուղեկիցը։ Սիրահարվածության շրջանում շատերը խենթանում են եւ կորցնում սթափ մտածելու ունակությունը։ Սակայն կին կամ ամուսին ընտրելիս պետք է փնտրել մեկին, հանուն որի դուք պատրաստ եք զարգանալ, կատարելագործվել, առաջ շարժվել ու նոր նվաճումներ գրանցել։

2. Դուք կխորտակեք ձեր կյանքը, եթե ամեն ինչ հանդուրժեք

Եթե դուք քչով բավարարվում եք, նշանակում է, որ սահմանափակում եք ինքներդ ձեզ, ձեր հաջողության հասնելու մեծ պոտենցիալը։ Այսպես դուք զբաղվում եք ինքնախաբեությամբ, ինչը կործանում է ձեր սեփական կյանքը։

3. Թույլ մի տվեք, որ անցյալը հետապնդի ձեզ

Բոլորիս կյանքում որոշակի դեպքեր են գրանցվում, որոնք հետո դառնում են ցավալի եւ տխուր հիշողություններ։ Իհարկե, անցյալի որոշ դրվագներ անհնար է մոռանալ, սակայն չպետք է թույլ տալ, որ դրանք ղեկավարեն ձեր կյանքը, բացասաբար ազդեն ձեր ինքնագնահատականի վրա։ Դրանք խոչընդոտ են հանդիսանալու ձեր հետագա քայլերը անելիս։  

4. Դուք կկործանեք ձեր կյանքը, եթե համեմատեք ձեզ ուրիշների հետ

Մի կարծեք, որ կրկնակի ավելի գումար ունեցողը ձեզանից երջանիկ է։ Մարդը միշտ փորձում է համեմատել իրեն ուրիշների հետ եւ փորձում է նմանվել նրանց։ Սակայն մեզանից ամեն մեկը անհատականություն է եւ միայն իրեն բնորոշ կյանքով է ապրում։

5. Դուք կխորտակեք ձեր կյանքը, եթե չսովորեք արտահայտել ձեր զգացմունքները

Մարդիկ սովորաբար վախենում են արտահայտել իրենց զգացմունքները, ասել, որ սիրում են իրենց հարազատներին։ Սակայն իրականում ամաչելու կամ խուսափելու ոչինչ չկա։ Մեզանից ամեն մեկն էլ ցանկանում է սիրված լինել ու ամեն մեկի համար էլ հաճելի է զգալ, որ նա որոշակի կարեւորություն ունի իր մտերիմների համար։ Մի թաքցրեք, որ ձեր մայրը ամենասիրելի անձնավորությունն է ձեր կյանքում։ Անկեղծորեն խոստովանեք, որ սիրում եք ձեր ընտանիքի անդամներին եւ ընկերներին. չէ որ նրանք շատ թանկ են ձեզ համար։ Կյանք, աշխատանք եւ սեր՝ այս երեք հասկացությունները փոխկապակցված են իրար հետ եւ միայն նրանց համադրությունը կարող է երջանկացնել ձեզ։
