ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հիմքում պետք է լինի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրացումը

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով և հիմքում պետք է լինի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրացումը:  ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Մեր դիրքորոշումը ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման հարցում հստակ է: Հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Հակամարտ ության խաղաղ կարգավորումն այլընտրանք չունի, այլընտրանք չունի նաև Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրացումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Շարմազանովը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը, անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությանը, թե հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության շրջանակներում, ևս մեկ անգամ նկատեց, որ Արցախը երբեք անկախ Ադրբեջանի կազմում չի եղել: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ոչ մի կարգավիճակով չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Նախիջևանն էլ լավ օրինակ է, որպեսզի բոլորը հասկանան, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Ադրբեջանում շատ են բերում Նախիջևանի օրինակը:  Նախիջևանը շատ լավ օրինակ է, որ Արցախը չի կարող երբեք Ադրբեջանի կազմում լինել: Նախիջևանը &nbs p;եղել է հայերով բնակեցված տարածք և ադրբեջանական տիրապետության ժամանակ այնտեղ ոչ մի հայ չի ապրում:  Մենք տեսանք, թե ինչպես ադրբեջանցիները Ջուղայի խաչքարերի հետ վարվեցին, նրանք նույնիսկ  մշակութային արժեքների նկատմամբ հանդուրժող չեն կարող լինել, ուր մնաց ժողովրդի հետ: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի  ապագան միայն Արցախի ժողովրդի կողմից ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրավունքի իրացումն  է»,- հավելեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Շարմազանովը նաև ընդգծեց, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները պետք է հետամուտ լինեն, որպեսզի Վիենայում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչվեն, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի առարկայական բանակցությունները վերսկսել:
