Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Զահիդ Օրուջը, որը հանդիսանում է Ալիեւների ռեժիմի բոցավառ քարոզիչներից մեկը, կառավարության անգրագետ տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը զգուշավոր քննադատության համար Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Օգթայ Ասադովի կողմից ենթարկվել է խիստ քննադատության: Վերջինս կարգապահական հանձնաժողովի հանձնարարել էր պատժել Զահիդ Օրուջին: Հունիսի 30-ին հանձնաժողովը Օրուջին նախատելու որոշում է ընդունել:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ» թերթն այդ առնչությամբ գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանում խոսքի ազատություն, մտքի արտահայտության ազատություն եւ ամեն տեսակի ազատություններ լինելու մասին ամեն ելույթում շեշտող պատգամավոր Զահիդ Օրուջն այսուհետ ինչպե՞ս պետք է շարունակի իր այդ ստերը:

«Խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր ես, անձեռնմխելիություն ունես, բայց երբ ռեժիմին անդուր բան ես ասում, խփում են բերանիդ, իսկ մի քիչ էլ առաջ անցնելու դեպքում` նախատում են: Հիմա հասկանու՞մ ես, թե ինչքա՞ն վտանգավոր է ընդդիմադիր խոսելը, ինչքա՞ն ճնշումներ եւ սպառնալիքներ են արվում մարդկանց, ի՞նչ վիճակում են գտնվում ընդդիմադիրները», -գրում է թերթը:

Թերթը հիշեցնում է Զահիդ Օրուջի նախկին գործընկեր Գյուլեր Ահմեդովայի հետ պատահածը: Ահմեդովան ժամանակին հերքում էր Ադրբեջանում քաղբանտարկյալների առկայությունը, խոսում ադրբեջանական դատարանների արդար լինելու, անգամ նրանց օրինակ ցուցադրում եվրոպական դատարաններին: Բայց երբ ինքը ձերբակալվեց, դատական նիստերից մեկում հայտարարեց, որ «չէր կարող հավատալ, որ Ադրբեջանի դատարաններում այսքան անօրինականություններ են տեղի ունենում»:

Գյուլեր Ահմեդովան ձերբակալվել եւ դատապարտվել էր Միլի Մեջլիսում պատգամավորական մանդատներ վաճառելու համար: Նրա գործում ամենազավեշտալին այն էր, որ ամբողջ ադատավարության ընթացքում Ահմեդովան հայտարարում էր. «Ես ծառայել եմ Հեյդար Ալիեւի պետականությանը»:

«Գիտե՞ք, թե սա ի՞նչ ասել է: Սա նման է «Հեռավոր ափեր» ֆիլմի մարմնավաճառ Անժելիկային, որն իրեն մեղադրողներին ասում էր. «Ես ութ անց կեսին հանդիպում ունեմ սպայի հետ»: Ադրբեջանի Անժելիկան կարճ ժամանակում ազատ արձակվեց», -գրում է թերթը:

Թերթը գրում է, որ իրականում ընտրովի, գործնականում` նշանակովի խորհրդարանի վերածված Միլի Մեջլիսում խոսելը քիչ է մնում հանցագործություն հայտարարվի, իսկ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի միակ պարտականությունը Նախագահի աշխատակազմից եկող հանձնարարականների անվերապահորեն կատարումն է:

«Ադրբեջանում խորհրդարանն իբր Միլի Մեջլիսն (Ազգային ժողով) է: Այստեղ ոչ միայն չես կարող խոսել, անգամ չես կարող մտածել: Չէ որ ժողովը երկու տեսակի է լինում` բարության ժողով, վատ բանի ժողով: Առաջինում մտածողն էլ, խոսողն էլ թամադան է, երկրորդում` մոլլան: Իսկ քեզ ընդամենը մնում է կամ ծափահարել թամադային, կամ մոլլային «ամեն» ասել», -ամփոփում է թերթը:
