Ճապոնիայում մեկնարկել Է պետծառայողների երեկոյան աշխատանքը կրճատելու արշավը

Ճապոնիայում պետական ծառայողների համար մեկնարկել Է ամառային երեկոներին նրանց ազատ ժամանակն ավելացնելու արշավը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Արշավը, որն ստացել Է «յու-կացու» անվանումը, որտեղ «յու»-ն կարող Է նշանակել ե՛ւ «երեկո», ե՛ւ «արդյունավետություն», իսկ «կացուն»-ն՝ «գործունեություն», վերաբերում Է բոլոր մակարդակների պետական ծառայողներին: Այն ենթադրում Է աշխատանքային օրվա ավելի վաղ սկսում եւ, համապատասխանաբար, աշխատանքի ավելի վաղ ավարտում: Արշավի նպատակն այն Է, որ ծառայողները երեկոյան ազատ ժամանակ ունենան, որը նրանք կարող են օգտագործել իրենց սիրած զբաղմունքների, սպորտի կամ ընտանիքի հետ անցկացնելու համար:
Վերջին տարիներին ճապոնացի գիտնականները եւ կառավարությունը եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ նորմայից ավելի աշխատանքը եւ երկար աշխատանքային օրն ազգային հպարտության առիթ չԷ եւ ոչ Էլ աշխատանքի արդյունավետության խորհրդանիշ:
Չնայած երկարատեւ աշխատանքային օրվան, Ճապոնիան չի կարող պարծենալ աշխատանքի բարձր արտադրողականությամբ:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ առկա Է ցածր ծնելիության եւ հասարակության ծերացման խնդիրը: Աշխատունակ բնակչության բաժնի կրճատումը պետությանը հարկադրում Է խթանել կանանց ավելի ակտիվ աշխատանքային գործունեությունը: Այն պայմաններում, երբ աշխատակիցները մինչեւ ուշ երեկո մնում են աշխատավայրում, աշխատանքի, ընտանիքի եւ երեխաների դաստիարակության համատեղումը բարդ խնդիր Է այն ընտանիքներում, որտեղ երկու ամուսիններն աշխատում են: Նախկին համակարգի պահպանումը, երբ տղամարդն աշխատում Էր մինչեւ ուշ երեկո, իսկ տանը եւ երեխաներին հետեւում Էր կինը, տնտեսապես անհնար ին Է դարձնում երկրորդ կամ երրորդ երեխայի ծնվելը:
«Յու-կացու» արշավը դարձել Է կառավարության առաջին քայլերից մեկը, որը միտված Է երկարատեւ եւ անարդյունավետ աշխատանքային օրվա համակարգի փոփոխմանը: Երկու ամսվա ընթացքում, երբ կշարունակվի «յու-կացու»-ն, դրան կմասնակցեն 220 հազար պետական ծառայողներ, որոնց աշխատանքային գրաֆիկը թույլ Է տալիս աշխատանքային օրվա սկիզբը եւ ավարտը առաջ տանել մեկ ժամով, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
