Երեք միլիոն դրամից ավել կեղծ թղթադրամներ են պատրաստել

Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կեղծ թղթադրամներ պատրաստելու եւ իրացնելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ Արա Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա իրացնելու նպատակով պատրաստել, պահել ինչպես նաեւ Ռաֆայել Ավագյանի հետ Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում, Երեւան քաղաքում եւ ԼՂՀ-ում իրացրել է 3 միլիոն 61 հազար դրամ կեղծ փող:
Իսկ Ռաֆայել Ավագյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա Արա Հակոբյանի հետ Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում, Երեւան քաղաքում եւ ԼՂՀ-ում իրացրել է 940 հազար դրամ կեղծ փող:
Արա Հակոբյանը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 202-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետի հատկանիշներով, իսկ Ռաֆայել Ավագյանը՝ նույն հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Առաջինը պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ ութից տասներկու տարի ժամկետով՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա, իսկ երկրորդը՝ պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ վեցից տասը տարի ժամկետով՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա:
Որպես իրեղեն ապացույց քրեական գործին են կցվել փաթեթավորված եւ կնիքված վիճակում 3 միլիոն 61 հազար դրամ անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամները, Արա Հակոբյանի կողմից քննչական փորձարարության ժամանակ պատրաստված 20 հազար եւ 100 հազար դրամ անվանական արժեքներով թղթադրամները: Որպես իրեղեն ապացույց է ճանաչվել նաեւ «HP Deskjet» մոդելի համակարգչային գունավոր լազերային տպիչ սարքը, Արա Հակոբյանի բնակարանի զննությամբ հայտնաբերված սեւ իրանով համակարգիչը, «VESTERN FAMILI Basket Stine Cojje Filters 3 ¼» base Fits most 8-12gup coffemakers» գրառումներով սրճեփի զտիչների թղթերը, 4 հատ 5 միլիլիտր ծավալով ներարկիչները, որոնց մեջ առկա են եղել տարբեր գույների հեղուկներ, մեկ հատ արդուկը, քանոնը, մեկ հատ մեկ կիլոգրամ տարողության տարրան:
Երկուսի նկատմամբ էլ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
