«Հայաստանի ԵՏՄ-ին ադամակցելուց հետո որոշ տնտեսվարողներ սկսեցին Հայաստան ռուսական արտադրության ալյուր ներկրել: Ալյուրի ներկրումը հնարավոր դարձավ ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ ԵՏՄ անդամակցությունից հետո վերացավ մաքսատուրք վճարելու անհրաժեշտությունը, այլ նաև ռուսական ռուբլու կուրսի անկման արդյունքում: Ռուսական ալյուրի ներկրման արդյունքում էականորեն նվազեց Հայաստանում վաճառվող ալյուրի գինը:
15 տարի է, ինչ Հայաստանում ալյուրի գինը թելադրում է Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին պատկանող «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ՓԲԸ-ի Բաղրամյանի ալրաղաց գործարանը: Տարեսկզբին այս գործարանը 50-կիլոգրամանոց մեկ պարկ ալյուրը վաճառում էր 29, 2 դոլարով, իսկ Ռուսաստանից ալյուրի ներկրումից հետո Ալեքսանյանը առաջին անգամ մրցակցության արդյունքում ստիպված էր ալյուրի գինը աստիճանաբար իջեցնել մինչև 22 դոլար: Ալյուրի գները նշում ենք դոլարով, քանի որ տնտեսվարողները հավաստիացնում են, որ Ալեքսանյանին պատկանող գործարանից ալյուրը կարելի է ձեռք բերել բացառապես դոլարով:
«Գործարանի դրամարկղում վճարումները իրականացվում են միայն դոլարով, և դա այն դեպքում, երբ ամբողջ երկրով մեկ գոռում են, որ դոլարով առևտուրն արգելված է: Բայց այդ արգելքը Ալեքսանյանի վրա չի տարածվում: Կարող էին գոնե դոլարին համարժեք դրամով վճարումներն ընդունել բայց իրենք նախընտրում են կանխիկ դոլար», - ասում են այդ ընկերության հետ գործ ունեցած առևտրականները:
Սակայն Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը գտել է Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ալյուրի ներկրումները արգելելու և իր ապրանքը մենաշնորհային գնով վաճառելու հնարավորությունը: Այն անհատները կամ ընկերությունները, որոնք մի քանի անգամ Ռուսաստանից ալյուր են ներմուծել Հայաստան, հայտնվել են ստուգող կազմակերպությունների տեսադաշտում:
«Ընդամենը երկու բեռնատար ալյուր եմ ներկրել Հայաստան, ու դրանից հետո Հայաստանում որքան ստուգող կազմակերպություն գիտեք՝ հետաքրքրվել է ինձանով՝ սկսած հարկայինից, վերջացրած սննդի անվտանգության տեսչությունով, սանէպիդկայանով: Կազմակերպություններ կան, որոնց անուններն առաջին անգամ եմ լսում, եկել են, թղթաբանությունը ստուգել, ալյուրից փորձանմուշներ վերցրել: Եթե մի պարկի մեջ հազար դրամ եկամուտ պետք է ունենայի, այնքան են զզվեցրել, որ որոշել եմ ո՛չ ալյուր բերել, ոչ էլ անցավ գլուխս ցավի տակ դնել», - մեզ ասաց ասուրի ներկրում իրականացրած անհատ ձեռներեցներից մեկը:
