Բացառիկ տեսանյութ՝ երեկ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած մահվան ելքով խոշոր ավտովթարից

SHAMSHYAN.com-ը ներկայացնում է բացառիկ տեսանյութ երեկ՝ հունիսի 30-ին, Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին տեցի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարից, որի ժամանակ 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել էր, 2 հոգի տեղափոխվել էին հիվանդանոց:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, փաստի առթիվ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Սոս Սեդրակյանի կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է՝ մահացածը Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ 2 փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի բնակիչ, 51-ամյա Գայանե Վիրաբյանն էր, իսկ ավտոմեքենան վարել է նրա հարևանը՝ 50-ամյա Անդրանիկ Բոդորյանը, ով մյուս վիրավոր՝ Գիվի Պետրոսյանի հետ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, երեկ՝ հունիսի 30-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 18:40-ի սահմաններում ВАЗ 2115 մակնիշի 34 MM 900 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի` Երևանի մուտքի մոտ դուրս էր եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և մի քանի պտույտ գլխիվայր շրջվելով` հայտնվել ճանապարահի երթևեկելի գոտուց դուրս հատվածում, բախվել ավտոճանապարհին կայանված «КрАЗ» մակնիշի 05 OL 862 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենային: Վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել էր, 2 հոգի տեղափոխվել էւն հիվանդանոց:
Վթարի վայր էին ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի աշխատակիցները` վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, հրամանատարի տեղակալ Երվանդ Ալեքսանյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Հրանտ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել էին նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի թիվ 18 փրկարարական ջոկատի աշխատակիցները` հրամանատար Նորայր Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սամվել Հովհաննիսյանն ու ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ Լաերտ Գրիգորյանը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
