ՀՀ-ՆԱՏՕ համագործակցության շրջանակներում քննարկվել են ռազմական կրթության նոր մոտեցումները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն-ՆԱՏՕ պաշտպանական համագործակցության շրջանակներում հունիսի 27-30-ը ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում անցկացվել է կրթության բնագավառի մասնագետների հերթական ամենամյա համաժողովը, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների պրոֆեսորադասախոսական և ուսումնամեթոդական կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ: Պաշտպանական ակադեմիաների և անվտանգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտների գործընկերություն հանուն խաղաղության  (ԳՀԽ) կոնսորցիումի մասնագետների և պաշտպանության նախարարության համատեղ կազմակերպած միջոցառումը նվիրված էր խառը, ակտիվ և վերափոխումային ուսուցման եղանակներին ու մեթոդներին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, համաժողովի ընթացքում քննարկվել են այնպիսի արդիական թեմաներ, ինչպիսիք են պաշտպանական ու ռազմական կրթության և ուսուցման բնագավառում նոր մոտեցումներն ու մեթոդները, խառը ուսուցման ձևերը, ակտիվ և վերափոխումային ուսուցման և դասընթացի նախագծման մեթոդները, անհատական մոտեցման ռազմավարությունը, դասավանդման մեթոդիկան:

Համաժողովի շրջանակներում ԳՀԽ փորձագիտական խմբի անդամ, ԱՄՆ-ի Պաշտպանական ազգային համալսարանի Տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսների կառավարման քոլեջի կրթական ծրագրերի գծով դեկան Մերի ՄըկՔալլին հյուրընկալվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանում, որտեղ ներկայացվել են ԱՌՀԻ-ի հիմքի վրա համալսարանի ստեղծման գործընթացը, համալսարանի առաքելությունը, նպատակն ու հիմնական խնդիրները:

Համաժողովի արդյունքների ամփոփման նպատակով միջազգային փորձագետներին ընդունել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում փորձագետները ներկայացրել են համաժողովի հիմնական արդյունքները, կարծիքներ են փոխանակվել համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման վերաբերյալ: Դավիթ Տոնոյանն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ նմանատիպ միջոցառումները հնարավորություն են ընձեռում Հայաստանի ռազմական ուսումնական հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչներին ծանոթանալ ուսուցման գործընթացում կիրառվող արդի մեթոդներին ու մոտեցումներին` միաժամանակ սեփական փորձը կիսելով արտերկրի իրենց պաշտոնակիցների հետ:

Համաժողովի աշխատանքներին մասնակցել են ՀՀ ՊՆ Վ. Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի, Ա. Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն ինստիտուտի դասախոսական և ուսումնամեթոդական կազմի ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի փորձագետները:
