Պատրաստման եղանակը

Վերոնշյալ բոլոր բաղադրիչները լցնել բլենդերի մեջ և խառնել այնքան, մինչև միատարր զանգված ստանալը։ Խմել առավոտյան՝ նախքան նախաճաշը, պատրաստելուց անմիջապես հետո։

Կոճապղպեղի արմատն օգնում է նվազեցնել խոլեսթերինի բարձր մակարդակը և պայքարում ստամոքսի այն բակտերիաների դեմ, որոնք առաջացնում են խոցային հիվանդություններ։ Այն դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում արյան վրա, կարգավորում աղիները և անցկացնում ուժեղ գլխացավն ու միգրենը։

Գազարը շատ լավ է սրտի, ատամների և լնդերի համար։ Այն պաշտպանում է մարմինը և նպաստում սրտի կաթվածի դեմ պայքարին։ Այն նաև բարելավում է տեսողությունը, պայքարում քաղցկեղի դեմ և մաշկը դարձնում հարթ ու փափուկ։

Կիտրոնը ցածրացնում է արյան ճնշումը, վերացնում տոքսինները, նվազեցնում արթրիտի ցավը, պայքարում գրիպի ու վարակների դեմ։ Այն նաև պայքարում է բերանի խոռոչի և լեզվի հիվանդությունների դեմ։ Լիմոնը նաև ամրացնում է իմունային համակարգը և խոչընդոտում վարակների ներթափանցմանը։
