Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի (ԵԱՏՀ) կոլեգիան՝ ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի ղեկավարությամբ, հունիսի 29-ին հավանություն Է տվել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի եւ Եվրասիական արտոնագրային կազմակերպության (ԵԱԱԿ) միջեւ փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի նախագծին: Այդ մասին հունիսի 30-ին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից:    

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում Է, որ փաստաթուղթը թույլ կտա կոորդինացնել Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում մտավոր սեփականության օբյեկտների պահպանության, պաշտպանության եւ օգտագործման ազգային եւ տարածաշրջանային համակարգերի զարգացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքը եւ դրական ազդեցություն կգործի մտավոր սեփականության ոլորտում ինտեգրացման գործընթացների հետագա զարգացման վրա:  

Նախագծի հեղինակների կարծիքով՝ Եվրասիական արտոնագրային  կազմակերպության հետ ԵԱՏՀ-ի համագործակցության զարգացումը վերջին հաշվով պետք Է հանգեցնի կեղծամակնիշ արտադրանքի ծավալների նվազեցման եւ բնակչության համար արտադրանքի որակի բարձրացման:   

«Այսօր մեր երկրների համար ինչպես երբեք կարեւոր Է ստեղծել միասնական իրավական դաշտ, որպեսզի ներդրողները կարողանան  երաշխիքներ եւ իրենց արտադրանքի մտավոր պաշտպանություն ստանալ ԵԱՏՄ-ի ամբողջ տարածքում»,- նշել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի տնտեսության եւ ֆինանսական քաղաքականության գծով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Թիմուր Սուլեյմանովը:

Ինչպես նշում Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունը, հուշագրի ստորագրումը պլանավորվում Է մոտ ժամանակներս:
