Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի ու կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունների համագործակցության շնորհիվ Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանը դարձել է հայ-ֆրանսիական գործընկերության յուրօրինակ փարոս: Համալսարանի 15-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաև ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը, Հայաստանում Ֆրանսի այի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն, «Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի ռեկտոր, տեխնիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ժան-Մարկ Լավեստը, շրջանավարտներ, ուսանողներ:
«Մեր երկրի բուհական համակարգում վաղուց իր ուրույն տեղն ու բարձր վարկանիշն ունեցող Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի կարևոր առանձնահատկությունն է Հայաստանի ու Ֆրանսիայի կրթական համակարգերի տարիների ընթացքում կուտակած փորձի համադրումը: 15-ամյա գործունեության արդյունքում համալսարանը կառավարման, մարքեթինգի, ֆինանսների և իրավագիտության բնագավառներում դիպլոմներ է շնորհել շուրջ 1500 շրջանավարտի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց վարչապետը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօր Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի տարբեր տարիների շրջանավարտներն իրենց մասնագիտական բարձր պատրաստվածությամբ, ակտիվ ներգրավված են մեր պետականության ամրապնդման, տնտեսության հզորացման, բարձր արժեքային համակարգ ունեցող քաղաքացիական հասարակության ձևավորման գործում:
Ըստ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի՝ այս ցուցանիշները հանդիսանում են համալսարանի մանկավարժական և վարչական անձնակազմի նվիրված աշխատանքի, Հայաստանի ու Ֆրանսիայի իշխանությունների, Ժան Մուլեն Լիոն 3 համալսարանի շարունակական աջակցության, ինչպես նաև համալսարանի գործընկերների հետ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության արդյունք:
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Լևոն Մկրտչյանը կարևորեց Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի գործունեությունը մեր երկրում բարձրագույն կրթության զարգացման գործում: Նրա խոսքով՝ համալսարանը բարձրորակ կրթություն ապահովելու շնորհիվ այսօր դարձել է Հայաստանի լավագույն բուհերից մեկը և շարունակում է զարգանալ:
Իր հերթին, Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն ընդգծեց, որ համալսարանի գործունեությունը մեծապես նպաստել է հայ և ֆրանսիացի ժողովուրդների պատմական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն ու երկու պետությունների կապերի սերտացմանն ու ընդլայնմանը:
Բարձրագույն կրթության ֆրանսիական և եվրոպական կրթական չափորոշիչների հայաստանյան տեղայնացման, մասնագիտական կրթության ոլորտի ու Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարանի զարգացման գործում ներդրած նշանակալի ավանդի համար, ինչպես նաև համալսարանի հիմնադրման 15-ամյա հոբելյանի կապակցությամբ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ՀՀ վարչապետի հուշամեդալով է պարգևատրել «Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի ռեկտոր, տեխնիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ժան-Մարկ Լավեստին:
