Իսրայելը հավանություն է տվել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների բարելավման համաձայնագրին

Իսրայելի անվտանգության կաբինետը հավանություն է տվել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համաձայնագրին: Իսրայելական The Haaretz պարբերականը տեղեկացնում է, որ կաբինետի անդամներից 7-ը կողմ են քվեարկել համաձայնագրին, երեքը` դեմ: Դեմ քվեարկողներն են Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նախարար Ավիգդոր Լիբերմանը, կրթության նախարար Նաֆթալի Բենեթը և արդարադատության նախարար Այելեթ Շեյքեդը:
Լիբերմանը քննարկումների միայն կեսին է մասնակցել և գնալուց հետո թողել է գրություն, որում հայտնել է համաձայնագրին դեմ լինելու մասին: Մյուս երկու նախարարները Haaretz-ին հայտնել են, որ քննարկումները տևել են ավելի քան չորս ժամ, և դրանք եղել են գործող կաբինետի ամենալուրջ և խորքային նիստերից:
Իսրայելի երկու նախարարներ, ովքեր չեն ցանկացել ներկայանալ, հայտնել են, որ համաձայնագիրը երեք էջանոց է: Մեկ էջը վերաբերում է փոխհատուցման փաթեթին, իսկ մյուս երկուսը պարունակում են երկու երկրի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մանրամասները: Համաձայնագրի տեքստը դեռևս չի հրապարակվել:
Անկարայի և Թել Ավիվի միջև հարաբերությունները զգալիորեն վատացելէին այն բանից հետո, երբ 2010 թվականի մայիսին այսպես կոչված «ազատության նավաշարասյան» 6 նավեր փորձել էին ճեղքել Պաղեստինի Գազայիհատվածի շրջափակումը և մարդասիրական օգնություն հասցնել այնտեղ, բայց կանգնեցվել էին Իսրայելի իշխանությունների կողմից:
Իսրայելը «նավաշարասյան» դեմ երկու ռազմական նավակ էր ուղարկել, որոնք պետք է նավերին ուղեկցեին Աշդոդ նավահանգիստ: Այնտեղ իշխանություններըխոստացել էին ստուգել բեռը և ՄԱԿ-ի ուղիներով այն փոխանցել Գազայի հատված: Այն բանից հետո, երբ թուրքական «Մավի Մարմարա» < /i>նավիանձնակազմը հրաժարվել էր կատարել իշխանությունների պահանջները, Իսրայելի զինծառայողները դեսանտ էին իջեցրել նավի վրա: Իսրայելյան կողմիհամաձայն` թուրքական նավում գտնվող մարդիկ գրոհել են հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատայինների վրա` հարձակվելով դանակներով և մահակներով:Դրանից հետո թուրքերին հաջողվել էր խլել մի զինվորի զենքը, սկսվել էր փոխհրաձգություն, որի արդյունքում 9 թուրքեր սպանվել էին:
Արդեն 6 տարի է` Թուրքիան Իսրայելից պահանջում էր պաշտոնապես ներողություն խնդրել կատարվածի համար և տուժածներից յուրաքանչյուրի ընտանիքին1 մլն դոլար փոխհատուցում կատարել: Թել Ավիվը մերժում էր Անկարայի պահանջը` պնդելով, որ իր զինծառայողները գործել են միջազգայինհամաձայնագրերի և իրավունքի շրջանակում: Այդ միջադեպից հետո երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները խզվել էին:
