Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը վստահ Է, որ Սեւծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ) շրջանակներում համագործակցության ընդլայնմանն ուղղված միջոցները կնպաստեն կայունության, անվտանգության եւ բարիդրացիության ամրապնդմանը Սեւծովյան տարածաշրջանում: Այդ մասին ասված Է ռուսական պետության ղեկավարի՝ ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ-ի 47-րդ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի մասնակիցներին հասցեագրված ողջույնի ուղերձում, որը բացման ժամանակ ընթերցել Է Պետդումայի խոսնակ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը:

«Վստահ եմ, որ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի շրջանակներում  փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ընդլայնման, ԱՊՀ-ի Միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի գործընկերների հետ շփումների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ձեր կողմից նշված միջոցառումները կնպաստեն կայունության, անվտանգության եւ բարիդրացիության ամրապնդմանը Սեւծովյան տարածաշրջանում»,-նշվում Է պետության ղեկավարի ուղերձում:

ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ-ի 47-րդ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի միջոցառումները հունիսի 28-ից մինչեւ 30-ն անցկացվում են Մոսկվայում: Ռուսաստանը նստաշրջանն ընդունում Է որպես նախագահող երկիր: 

Մոսկվայում ընթացող վեհաժողովի միջոցառումներին մասնակցում են Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Ալբանիայի, Բուլղարիայի, Հունաստանի, Մոլդովայի, Ռուսաստանի, Ռումինիայի, Սերբիայի եւ Թուրքիայի տասն ազգային պատվիրակություններ, ինչպես նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի՝ որպես դիտորդ երկրի եւ ինը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Նստաշրջանին հրաժարվել են մասնակցել Վրաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակությունները, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
